Record keeping and process efficiency tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday as a customer record keeping library. It allows us to keep their details but also what stage of our process they are up to. It ensures that none slip through the cracks.

Honestly haven't run into anything that I wish Monday provides that it doesn't currently do. It is used exactly the way our company needs to ensure our systems and processes are maximised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our company to maximise our customer base to ensure we are aware of exactly what stage in the process each and every potential buyer is up to. Nobody slips through the cracks
Great for Startups and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, flexible, customizable features all our team to manage different types of projects. Templates for marketing, IT management, and CRM are great tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
CRM is a little clunky with figuring out how automations work from Leads to Contacts. Maybe just keep contacts first then determine if a Lead or unqualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping team members accountable for their tasks and pushing to meet deadlines. Enhances document management, communications all under one platform.

Monday is a tool that allows the integration of several external tools, I find it very interesting after all in companies nowadays, it is essential to have their systems linked

In my point of view monday despite linking with several tools, it ends up being a little limited in terms of panel configuration. I find it interesting in the future that the devs open the possibility for users to be able to customize it

What do you like best about the product?
We keep our marketing calendars in here. Content, events and more. Great for collaboration.

I wish there was a better way to export calendars from here.

We have everything organized and combined in one place.
Wonderful Platform To Get And Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to use that we can provide access to lower-level employees with almost no training. On the administration side, it is beyond simple to get your team invited, set permissions up and get users moving on with their lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer that Monday offered a little better notifications out of the box. Before integrating with Slack, I was falling behind due to lack of "Coming Due" notifications. If I logged into the system, it was very clear what was coming due, but due to my workload, I am rarely logged in all day. I would have much preferred a simple way to get email reminders of tasks with upcoming due dates, but after integrating with Slack, this is no longer an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has allowed our business to move away from post-it notes and Outlook tasks into modern times. We have team members fully embrace Monday, due to it's simplicity, that have fully built-out boards and have their own micro-environments just humming along. We have reduced effort and time to complete tasks, kept people on track easier and reduced clutter during projects.

I would like the same text editing possibilities on the replies as on the main update. Or a way to choose if I want to have a preview on platforms like YouTube and Vimeo, or just to leave the link.

Monday.com is helping us organize processes and helping us get everybody on the same page of things happening in the company. Before Monday.com our workflow was lose, inaccurate, not efficient
Monday.com is an effective tool for all kinds of teams, big or small.
What do you like best about the product?
Having a place to track project progress and communicate with teammates outside of back-and-forth email is probably what I most enjoy about Monday. It's also very easy to track and find projects and boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say could be improved is how user-friendly it is. I have people on my team who are not as tech-savvy, and sometimes this is what prevents them from fully utilizing all the features monday has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of going back and forth in my inbox with someone about an upcoming campaign, event, or deliverable, I am able to come to one central place to see everything I need. I can track our progress, what barriers or how people are stuck, and I can also link documents and spreadsheets related to the project or board. It's a great accountability tool because I can track progress and how my teammates are communicating and seeing notifications.
