Comprehensive Task Management, Slight Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday Work Management for managing multiple projects with my team as it allows us to keep track of various tasks effectively, especially for webinars, marketing, and maintaining a database of organizations we work with for sponsorships. The calendar feature of monday Work Management is something I particularly appreciate as it helps in organizing and aligning tasks. It's quite convenient that I can keep the platform open in my browser, allowing me to quickly glance at the ongoing tasks and updates without needing to search through emails or documents, simplifying our workflow by having all relevant information in one place. Additionally, integrating with TrackIt provides a helpful time-tracking tool that assists us in understanding how time is distributed across different projects, which is valuable for management and efficiency. Overall, the ease of use and ability to centralize our project management efforts with these features make monday Work Management an indispensable tool for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the learning curve with monday Work Management challenging, particularly when it comes to understanding and utilizing formulas and automations effectively. It would be beneficial to have more training videos or resources to improve understanding, as sometimes I struggle to figure out how these features pull data from one point to another. Automations, in particular, are a bit more challenging to understand and use effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find monday Work Management centralizes information, stopping the need to search emails, and it supports time tracking for project allocation. I also appreciate keeping it open for quick access and love the calendar feature for organizing diverse tasks.
Seamless Automations and Integrations Elevate Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Board automations and integrations. API tie ins into our CRM and ERP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large boards will slow down if the PC doesnt have enough memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our go to spot to manage our estimating and bidding efforts.
Beautifully Integrated and Intuitive for Complex Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love how boards can connect to other boards, allowing us to be organized, but also very detailed without cluttering up the main board where projects are created and claimed. We have a lot of moving parts, and it is all beautifully integrated and intuitive without being messy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the rows could be enlarged like the columns can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do almost everything within Monday. If it can be organized, it is in Monday.com. From training tasks, to actual fulfillment tasks, to PTO, to Performance Stats compiling, it is all in Monday.com
Spreadsheets are for everybody!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is by far the most effective productivity tool I have at my disposal. Stuff I'd normally stick into excel sheets get to live and build in a collaborative environment that doesn't chase away my less nerdy co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I'm so used to spreadsheets, Monday sometimes feels like I need to search around to do something that is simple. I understand why it is the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to organize data for our full team to view and modify. It also gives me a transparent work list that my team can interact with.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday for our appraising company and we love it! We’ve been using it for years to keep track of our jobs, assign tasks, and communicate to one another.

No dislikes, it’s been a great addition to our company.

Monday has tremendously helped our company keep things organized. It’s a great, quick way to communicate to each other as well.
Visual Boards that Enhance Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What is a shared workspace that allows for a clear visualization of the workflows of one or several tasks or teams. Without a doubt, its most well-known feature is the design of its work boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is not very functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers project management and workflow tools that are especially useful for work teams that carry out their activities remotely.
Effortless Task Organization and Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful about Monday Work management is that it helps me organize my tasks, I can also track my project progress, and keep my project on schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
And regarding the upsides, since there's a lot number of features, some of them are overwhelming. Some of the features can be diffucult to set up without prior experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my previous projects, it has helped me solve problems related to my task visibility, partner and client coordination, and tracking. I am not very good at time management and project status updates, but now that I have started using Monday Work Management, I can easily track my progress, assign tasks, and check what my priorities are. I can say that it improves my productivity and reduces miscommunication.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is and how it helps keep projects documented and on track. Its easy to tell when you have everything you need for a project or if something is missing by the status changing option. It has lots of features that make it easy to collaborate with teammates which is an added bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there are any downsides at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us solve keeping our projects on track and running smoothly. Its also solving the issue of information not getting to everyone on a specific project. I love that every user on the project gets notified about changes and updates so that we are all in the loop.
Effortless Task Management with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly easy to use and customize to fit my specific needs. As someone who relies on this tool every day for both personal and professional tasks organization, it has quickly become my preferred solution for managing my time and tasks, my most visited website, my homepage and most used app on my phone. Having multiple interfaces for Monday.com means that it's right there when I need it, wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to over-fit boards, making them crowded and less usable. Cross-board integrations and automations can be tricky and convoluted. Monday.com's board permissions is also sub-par, and (at least at the time of writing this review) I couldn't figure out how to share boards partially, allowing some rows and groups to one person, and other rows and groups to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from overseeing customer projects and professional objectives to coordinating team assignments, meal planning, and keeping up with my family's homework. Being able to keep track of everything in one place, and having it always accessible to me, is truly amazing.
Effortless Board Creation and Navigation on Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to create boards and navigate thru the boards
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like the way Monday.com functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Items were slipping through the cracks before, but now that we can communicate through the boards, we don't necessarily need to have so many meetings.
