Highly Organized, Needs Auto-Refresh Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management has all the options and tasks needed to be organized and effective. I enjoy creating boxes with different tasks and being able to tag colleagues in them, allowing everything to be done through monday Work Management without needing communication outside of it. The initial setup was pretty easy, with no need for verification or waiting to get approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to manually refresh whenever doing changes to client data or name instead of it refreshing on its own. Also, longer characters in the boxes are an issue; currently, it's at 2,000 characters but it still tends to run out sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize clients and tasks efficiently, avoiding external communications by tagging colleagues. However, I need to manually refresh updates and sometimes hit character limits in task boxes.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is user friendly, easy to look at with the UX/UI, and connects projects for the team. As someone in nonprofit, the plan is affordable and we get a lot for what we pay for. Onboarding staff onto it is very simple, and the software has a lot of integration internally to make sure transparency is reached crossfunctionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always some downsides - some functions and automations could be clearer for our usage, but otherwise, smooth sailing!~
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need to connect multiple teams in a larger organization. This is our Bible, our bread and butter of where a project or campaign is. Everyone can access and see what is needed.

I like monday Work Management for its ability to categorize, which is especially helpful for managing patient communications and keeping a list of contacts for patient care. The initial setup was great, making it easy to get started efficiently.

Excellent UX and Team Collaboration for Effortless Project & Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the project system, it allows for collaboration between teams. It has an excellent user experience design and user-friendly software for managing projects and tasks. I appreciate the ability to assign tasks directly, it has all the necessary features for a management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's overwhelming trying to find the right assignment, I with it were easier to select older files. Updating the project status is taking longer that usual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables efficient monitoring and helps you manage projects in a professional way. It’s a great way to get a clear overview of all tasks while keeping communication in one place. It’s also easy to use, and assigning tasks is straightforward.

Streamlines Task Management with Excellent Communication Features
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like most is the fact that I can email an update directly from my mail, which is very helpful. Also, I enjoy the ease of communication within the software program with my coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has so many capabilities and I'm not really sure how to best utilize all of the things that it offers. Because I know it has a lot of things that it can offer, but sometimes it's a little overwhelming. Also, I find a little difficult is recurring tasks. So something that would recur monthly or weekly or daily, that is a little bit cumbersome setting up.

monday Work Management keeps us organized, ensures task adherence, solves communication issues, and organizes files effectively.
A Monday that’s not scary!!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes working together in multiple different departments so easy and smooth. No delays or waiting on others - you can update your section and move forward. I love that it’s colorful as well, helps keep things organized and easy for teams to go to their sections and see what’s working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that if you want to add a new user or ten it does cost!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes multiple communication channels and delays and issues. It helps us redefine what the project needs and where it’s at!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI/UX. It's easy, clean, and manegeable. There are so many different tools/add-ons that can be used to increase productivty and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too much. With the recent upgrade, it solved a lot of initla concersn and haven't come across any yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helping with task management and file tracking. Overall, being able to easily add and track tasks and display on a gantt chart in a dynamic format really helps with project management.

Task Automation and Real-Time Gmail Updates That Keep Projects on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Automating tasks to prevent things falling through the cracks is one of the best features as well as integrating with gmail to get project updates real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI part of it is still leaving a bit to be desired. Sometimes tasks are not completed as efficiently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use and very intuitive, anyone can pick up with minimum to no training, so it solves the onboarding problem. We have a heavy project load, and the performance sticks to our needs. So far a great ROI
