Adaptable, easy to use and perfect for the value!
What do you like best about the product?
As a national sales manager, it's important to keep the multiple teams in the loop, as well as having a centralized place for everything we need to share with one another. This platform is exactly what we were looking for. The pricepoint is very agreeable for our scope, and we have sub-cards for project management, engineering project tracking, and sales/CRM. We've even begun to use some of the office management tools that are available as part of the pre-built forms. The automations are easy to set up, the customizable widgets and forecasting is exactly what we need, keeping records on quotes makes me a faster and better informed salesman. This is a daily use tool for the entirety of our organization, and we appreciate what it does for us every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the name! Its confusing when discussing "what we need to do on Monday vs What we need to do on Monday Dot Com. The entire platform is exactly what we were looking for, and we had compared several of your competitors, but the name gets confusing in conversation as we frequently list both the Day of the Week and the Platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We quote many jobs a day, with many different clients. The CRM tool is fantastic and honestly easier than even Salesforce, the data is the centerpoint and not the 'social media' aspect of Salesforce. Being able to track, monitor and forecast with the smart data fields has been a huge benefit to our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use, interactive, and can be used to manage almost anything. From monitoring sales targets, reviewing employees performance, projecting cash flow, managing resources on a project - the list is endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing data from excel is sometimes limited, depending on the type of column used. For example, you cannot import data to a dropdown list, even if the data matches the dropdown list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring tenders are recieved, allocated and completed in due coarse, tracking monthly performances and providing an instant, up-to-date overview to management at any given moment.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly! I have introduced this software to clients of different ages, and shared it with business partners; none of them had issues using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just a need for improvement about their email automation like cc and bcc feature.

Having one platform to organize documents, projects, tasks, and even collaborate with the clients that we have.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integrations. They have saved me so much time! My calendar is integrated, we can text and email straight from the board so all of my staff can see the most recent client interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. I tell all my business friends and other nonprofit leaders how much this has helped me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us work remotely more efficiently. Additionally, it has allowed us to automate meetings and collaborate on projects with people outside of our nonprofit.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for Monday.com to adapt to my process versus the other way around has been the greatest asset for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to customize row size in the "My Work" section and being unable to stretch out the column showing all fo the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to track our workflows better and decrease the manual inputs of telling a team member to begin their section of the task.
Not just for the corporate world.
What do you like best about the product?
Running a retail company with 5 stores spread across South Australia, Monday allows me and my Operations Manager to keep up with the daily operations and any extras. It cuts out the need for phone calls, which is sometimes impractical for our busy retail stores with only one staff member. It has also allowed us to smoothly transition all stock from 5 locations onto an online store.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for us is that some store staff (at a shop assistant level) see it as a hindrance more than a help because they don't see the full picture of the senior management structure. I believe this to be because it is viewed as a corporate tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miscommunication and lack of documentation is a big problem that has now been solved due to the multiple boards. As we deal with many transactions in a day, it is important for legal and business reasons to document, document, document.
