Streamlined Project Management, Effortless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity of monday Work Management; it's intuitive and visually appealing, making project management straightforward. It's specifically built for managing projects and helps us efficiently oversee programs and portfolios. The automation capabilities are fantastic, allowing us to link boards and activities and understand dependencies easily. This automation is especially helpful for managing 30 to 50 interdependent projects simultaneously. The system's ability to automatically update dependent activities when a project date changes is a tremendous advantage. Furthermore, monday Work Management has streamlined our reporting processes by consolidating everything in one place, eliminating the need for multiple formats and tools like Excel or PowerPoint. This reduces duplication and makes data access and management more seamless. Overall, the tool's design and functionality are aligned with our needs and enhance our project oversight capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limited ability to export project information, particularly into PowerPoint, a drawback. It would be beneficial to have more automation or AI-driven options to facilitate this. Currently, the process requires recreating material manually, leading to duplicate efforts, which is inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to align projects, streamline reporting, and enable self-service information access, reducing duplication and manual effort.
Keeps Our Team Organized and On Track Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been using monday.com for about a year now, and I can honestly say it has made a positive difference for us. I am able to keep track of tasks assigned to myself and also our staff and make sure everything stays organized. If someone misses a task, I can easily see it and then send the right person a reminder. It has been a great help!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don't have any because monday.com already covers the main tasks we handle in our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring tasks has become better and easier with Monday. Our CRM task lists were not very efficient, so using Monday has been a significant help.

Monday has been a great help to me and my team. It allows us to organize our tasks efficiently and update the status of each task as we make progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes, but it would be helpful if you could schedule a response using specific minute intervals, rather than just the 30-minute option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me keep track of the tasks I assign to my team, especially with the feature that allows us to update the status to indicate whether a task is in progress or completed.
Seamless UI and Effortless Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface offers a seamless experience and is extremely easy to navigate. It's also straightforward for new team members to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect that doesn't work well for me is the filter bar. At times, I find it challenging to locate specific tasks by entering the relevant keyword.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday board offers an excellent experience for teamwork and collaboration. It really helps teams work together more effectively.

It organizes all relevant items into a single section, making it user-friendly and easy to search.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the website crashes, it often takes a while before it returns to normal operation. Additionally, we don't always need every update, as there can be quite a few sent to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We add all of our invoice queries to the Monday board & are all able to see updates from our customers & internally.
Monday is one of the best Work Management tools on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
I was the main promoter of using Monday in our organization. I must say it has become a core tool for organization and delegation; the transition from another similar tool was quick due to its intuitive use and the customizations we were able to implement to adapt its use to our (commercial) process. Its use is easy, undoubtedly made to fit specific processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand that CRM is another module, I would like not to have to choose between the CRM tool and Work Management, which are priced differently. I would like to have more personalized support in handling the tool, it has many features that are learned empirically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the integration and tracking of tasks, with specific responsible parties and the possibility of real-time feedback. In the case of a sales team, it allows the team to stay focused on critical elements that require specific tracking, avoiding the use of multiple text documents or data tables and thus making tracking much more effective.
It's a good platform, but it has areas for improvement.

I like the organization within the platform

I don't like that you can't customize your boards more, and even your workspaces with more images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like managing multiple tasks and how I can track them.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy to understand and accessible training. Support features provide easy to follow solutions and guidance as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be time consuming to adopt for users less adept at software programs/solutions. I expect AI features will improve this barrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidates communication on key projects and tasks in a central location reducing emails and missed threads in Teams or other work flow platforms. Allows for deadline tracking and automated reminders to improve adherance to deadlines and provides insight into work load placed on key teammembers.
