User-Friendly Interface and Seamless Team Integration
What do you like best about the product?
It is an incredibly user friendly and pretty interface, a strong work flow management and tracking tool, and it integrates with teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t let us select weekends on some boards as dates, the forms aren’t quite as user friendly as like Microsoft forms but they definitely still get the job done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to intake projects (forms), track projects and activities (boards), and track results (export to excel and include in other reporting).
Intuitive, Flexible, and Highly Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and flexible monday Work Management is. It's easy to customize boards, workflows, and automations to fit different needs and projects. The visual layout makes it simple to understand project status at a glance, which is very helpful when day to day is busy. I also appreciate the transparency it creates where everyone knows who owns what and what is coming next. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward due to the helpful templates and guided prompts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when notifications can feel overwhelming, updates across many boards and tasks can create noise, which sometimes makes it hard to know what truly needs attention. More granular notification controls or smarter prioritization could help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize and track client projects, keeping cross-functional teams aligned. It helps eliminate scattered communication and disorganized task tracking by centralizing everything. The platform reduces confusion around ownership and deadlines, ensuring clear visibility into tasks and priorities.
Streamlined and Collaborative Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for my work at the office, and it's really organized, which helps keep me on track to completing my given tasks. I love the features it has for setting priorities on how high or low these are on your list. I like that it's a collaboration effort and that it's easy to digest and not overwhelming at all. It's nice to be able to leave comments on tasks to clarify what needs to be done. The initial setup was super simple; I just received an invite, and I was in!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would maybe suggest that removing a person from tasks is easier to do all at once than individually. If you could make that a feature that would be awesome, because sometimes people get fired or they quit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management keeps me organized and on track with tasks, with features for setting priorities. It's collaborative, easy to digest, and allows comments on tasks for clarity.

I love the new automatization options. I also like the User disign that makes it very eassy to follow up on taks and manage multiple projects at the same time

It can have too many options for the same function

Is solving the ability to manage projects online by allowing me to monitor key tasks and fue dates in an easy way.

Our entire team uses the software to manage clients, timetables etc

Flexible, User-Friendly Platform with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been fantastic for our business operations, project management, and technical delivery. Great UI, user friendly, very flexible, configurable and multi-purpose, great customer support, easy to onboard but has advanced features too. Monday team are always releasing new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integrations with other software, despite this being promoted as a key feature. Most integrations are unusable. Some key features are not available in the system, but are available as expensive paid extras from 3rd parties in the app store - functionality should be integrated into Monday for all users. Time tracking features limited. Not as suitable for large and complex projects. Some enterprise features should be available to Pro users, but Enterprise pricing is very high. Unable to format automated emails (plain text only)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using one tool for a variety of use-cases, including project management, product management, hiring, client on-boarding, etc.
Redundant Platform and Unclear Value Add with Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's good for non sales teams and a great way for the company to have more of a spreadsheet style but honestly I don't see a lot of benefit that you don't already get in the CRM function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really tell the difference between this and CRM. The duplicate platforms are almost redundant and just seem like a way to jack up the cost of renewal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great place for me to put company data and information for reference. This is a good area for a company that doesn't focus on sales and KPI's as much as service and process based request.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to keep everything organized which makes your job a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complains as of now, Monday has worked perfectly for me.

It is saving me time, being able to create different boards and use the filters makes it easier to find information, therefore I can do my job more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform brings together a variety of solutions in one place. It offers multiple ways to manage projects, such as table view, kanban view, and board view, giving us plenty of options to suit our needs. Additionally, its multi-platform support is a reliable and valuable feature for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation solutions feel somewhat limited from my perspective. There are some simple automations that we aren't able to accomplish with Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, the management of operations is excellent. In my opinion, this is the best solution available.
