Build Your Monday.com Exactly How You Want It
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the tool. The forms for intaking projects. Automations!!! Customer support is awesome, they always help me with my questions and are quick to respond. All around great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple functionalities that I hope they will build out. Some of the column fields aren't available for automating that I wish were. Lead time management is missing. Would love for subtask automations to have the ability to include lead times, and build out our timelines/due dates automatically. That would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages process for us related to projects. Provides visibility to all project updates for the team and management. I can look back and review the work I did for the past quarter, great for time tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using monday.com are many. Having the abbility to personalize each workspace gives my team the abbility to keep up with the daily tasks of each client that we have, and help us to deliver on time our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there is nothing big that bothers me or that I dislike about monday.com. Maybe the only thing that I would add is giving the option to users to have personalized sessions with experts that can gide each company that uses monday.com to really use all the potential that the platform can give us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us to see in a bigger picture all of the different tasks we have with each client. It helps to have in one workspace, all the teammates involve so we can deliver the job on time.

We use Monday to track our processes and keep track of all of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that some of the columns were more customizable, especially sub items.

The way on that we can organize the information for get an workflow that let us work in a cascade way

Some new funcionalities are in places that are very diferent to the previous one

Adjusting ad planing the activities according to the time that each workmate need to do, and it improve the time that we are working and less documenting

What do you like best about the product?
i love how I can sty organized for all my upcoming projects and task. I enjoy the connectivity of the programs and the layout is easy on the eyes. I think this is a great program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create teleconferences within the team. In addition the ability to share the data created in the program seems to be difficult at times. The program is great but it may have two many details or tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily create a product or review a document a teammate has created or edited for an upciming event. I like the ability to respond or show participation within the program.

It is very user-friendly, easy to navigate through and I found that Monday keeps me accountable and organized with my tasks.

I wish there was maybe an intro tutorial for Monday beginners.

Monday.com - An organizational master-piece
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clear and consise display & straight to the point features. There are so many crucial functions that help you organize your data in a very easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I don't like about mondays is the price, though it is amazing - I feel as if it can be a bit cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of lackluster data entry & hard to use software systems. It cuts straight to the chase and has functions you would actually use.

It eliminates the need for sending multiple emails and it's conventient for our team to communicate with our artists.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is when other people view my comments to the artist for no reason.

It's easy to use and that makes everyone's job easier.
Monday.com Makes Getting Things Done Easier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday.com is the ability too see everything being done throughout the day, which lessens the chances of us completing the same task twice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about monday.com. I think every everyone should be using monday.com. The interface makes it really easy to use. I didn't even need a tutorial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our department has many workflows, so monday.com makes it easier to keep track of everything so that we're not missing anything or falling behind in our tasks for the day. It also makes communicating very easy.
Monday.com is a diverse and powerful application
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com as a CRM, as a project management tool, and to manage our product roadmap. The application is very fast at loading the data and the organization is easily customizable for our needs to allow us to have very effective meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am scrolling left on my track pad, it causes the browser back button to be initiated which is frustrating. It's not easily replicatable. Another area I've run into issues is when I am on a saved "filtered" view of a project and I add a row that at the time of creation is not a part of the filtered view, the row gets filtered out. You could think of a better UX for that situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better solution to keep track of all of the details of our customers and all of the details relating to our customer life cycle and have been more than satisfied with Monday.com's solution.
