A very useful tool for my job
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and friendly with new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use it 100% you have to dedicate, perhaps, a lot of time. Maybe a tutorial with the option to watch an advance video

Communication on data issues, time management and distributing tasks

Im a graphic designer so the problem was the organization and the lack of brief my team gave me, so i add a document to fill that information

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that everything is organized and the best part is that it keeps everyone on the same page. The best thing about this is that it has helped our company grow!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to say since everyone in our company loves it so much and we hardly have any issues. It could be better by adding shorter tutorials and would love to see improvements on the boards by adding more creative features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel like I rarely see any issues and they seem to be resolved before I get into the office. It benefits me and I am more product when the issues are rarely noticed or seen.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to handle a quality system of a company including all the areas and the procedures, like implementing all the forms and procedures you need, all in one place. I use it to manage accounting, people and operations procedures, and to store important data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably they need an update with AI assistance, to create the boards you need faster, probably to use the best templates from the customers and make them free access to the public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing data, maintaining procedures over the departments, and communicating with external related to the business.
I work on monday more productive, cause can manage my tasks and easily prioritize them.

That I can set level of importance of my tasks

Actually, it will be cool if there exists any reminders on every task that I create on my page.

As I mentioned, I can manage all my tasks and projects so don't forget about any of them

The flexibility and customizability to match the way I work and what I'm working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't duplicate a group of items/tasks without also duplicating the details (statuses, due dates, etc.). This is a minor drawback, but would be nice to have as an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of what needs to be done in a way that's much more clean and organized than having the info spread across various notes, docs and spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create different project boards on Monday.com. There are dozens of different board types that you can create to meet all of your project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. Monday.com is so versatile and meets all of my needs as a Department head. Even my team members can create their own boards to keep themselves organized, it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I leverage Monday.com to organize my Learning & Development Department. I have one board with general resources where it's easy to attach reference documents. I have another board with all of our upcoming training classes where it's easy to add in due dates and tag the trainer responsible for completing the session. I have private boards where I track the project pipelines for my Specialists. I create board templates for events that I hold annually which remind me of the litany of things to complete and then I go back and update each year. Monday.com makes it so easy to be a Department head and keep everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The transparency is invaluable along with the due date and task reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a way to created formulas based on columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency and collaboration is making project management quick and easy for the entire company.
Colors!!!
What do you like best about the product?
All of the information is in one place and you can make separate tabs to see filtered columns. You don't need to move around to a bunch of other spreadsheets. Also, the colors may be the best part! So much more enjoyable looking at them, then simply black and white cells.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot copy status options from column to column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to read information in one place for multiple departments.
Monday Experience
What do you like best about the product?
That it consolidates all the information the team needs, we can filter the information, update the projects, insert links, assign projects, etc. It's a very user friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know where to find the record of the updates.. if i move a task to a different board and then I want to go back because some assets weren't attached, it doesn't let me.
