One of the most versatile, easy to use, and great UI workflow management software on the market!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com borrows from excel in terms of structure (rows, columns), but adds an insane level of customizations and features and a beautiful UI. The easy to use automations and third party integrations save you the need to spend on engineering resources to manage your workflows and allows for a much shorter time to market for workflow building.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far there is little to dislike about the software. Further amendments can be done on the approval features, where strict workflows can be built based on previously approved tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring customer service requests, monitor internal processes, manage software development cycles (kanban), monitor internal service requests, project management (gantt charts), integrate with other third party software for workflow building across teams.

Easy to use, efficient and functional!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an incredibly useful and very functional platform, with many brilliant features. Monday.com allows for both personal and shared working, so I can create my own boards, and I can pick and choose who I want to have access to them, what is more even if you provide access to your baord, you can even hide specific collums. I also enjoy the fact that it definetly is a multi use CRM system, you can utilise it for sending out mass emails, so addtional mailing systems don't need to be utlised. The features are endless! Would highly reccomend to any company looking for a CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! Generally I have no issues with Monday.com. The only minor thing I would perhaps say is perhaps making the mass email function compatiable with all email provders as opposed to just outlook and gmail, that is all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It truly helps with task management, ensuring that all tasks are displayed in a streamline easy layout and ensures that tasks can be catergorised and assigned to specific individuals; ensuring tasks can be observed and followed up.

What do you like best about the product?
As a ticket manager, I find it helpful that Monday has every possible method of organizing content. We get hundreds of tickets from our users, and the form and ticket system we have created using Monday is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to pick something I dislike, I wish we could use it in conjunction with more apps that we use on the daily, such as Outlook and others. For instance, it would be interesting to see more automations that could create blocks in schedule when technicians are out of office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us become more organized with our daily tasks. It also provides a portal between our users and technicians since we provide IT Support to medical facilities. It benefits us to have a place to document everything and store it.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Monday I think since it first started and maybe 6 or 7 years ago, well when I first noticed it, it is the ultimate white board for our business, interanl and for Teams on the road, one place for all our files and easily shared across the company with updates and progress for each worker, love the notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
We are in construction, more input into a calender, scheduling would be great, but it does work now, and being able to have the updates come across to each board when its linked

Communication in the office and on the road

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has revolutionized my daily routine. The automation options have significantly simplified my tasks, making my day-to-day activities much easier. I've been using Monday for over a year now and am still learning all of the features, but it has made a big impact on how I organize information. It is easy to implement and I really appreciate how I can intrgrate most of my other work apps. I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Using formulas within a board can be difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has significantly reduced the need for constant switching between applications, which I believe also helps minimize mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies inter and internal team communication! Monday.com has helped my team be a more united front when interfacing with our customers, and has really fostered our collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a learning curve at first, but there are many helpful videos and how to's. It just requires some time to really get the hang of it. I will say that when updates are launch ocassionally the running speed of Monday.com drops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to everyones customer notes makes it easier to be working on mutliple project simuntantously and allows team members to jump in to help when needed!

Great Organizational Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday can be utilized in so many ways to stay organized and communicate between multiple parties. It's keeps our department on the same page while working on different aspects of various projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there are so many ways to use the tools, I worry that I'm not utilizing it to it's full potential! Monday is great but it also requires you to keep up with the updates of the program to use it fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working simultaneously on several projects with multple people can be diffifult to stay organized and communicate effectively. With monday, we can utilize status bars, time stamps, info boxes, and so much more to stay on the same page and keep progress moving in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to have multiple boards for different areas so it can all be organised. You are easily able to dump a lot of information into Monday.com seamlessly and add timelines, team members, notes and much more. This has really helped me to prioritise my tasks accordingly and stay on top of things, especially when coming back from vacation I was able to use Monday.com before I left so I could come back to a clear to-do list with minimal stress (apart from that caused by jet-lag!).
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a litte more user friendly in that I would like to be able to make changes to the 'My Work' board so I can add in things on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to prioritise different responsibilies as a finance manager and ensure things don't fall through the net when my workload is high, I am able to easily flex dates and tasks to adapt.

Best project management software

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is available everywhere I go. I never miss a task because of that.
After implementing some columns, it's very easy to create dashboards. Another diferential about Monday.com is their support. They are very helpful. I use Monday.com everyday to follow up projects and review the new ones. We have some integrations with calendars, e-mails and other features that make our life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss an offline mode to use Monday in places where I can't use internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me see in a fast way how the projects are running. With all informations online, we can solve problems more rapidily.

Honestly, I haven't come across any downsides yet. Monday does everything I need it to.

Monday has helped me assign out daily tasks and keep track of a worker's progress. Tasks can be seemlessly moved from one day to the next.
