Life changing
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is user friendly, adaptive, and fun to work with. It's changed how we communicate as a team and with outside departments. It's the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the lack of ability to personalize with color. Although it's branded interally, I wish we could make it look more personalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the endless pit of documents that used to be our google drive. We no longer "lose" our event notes or mix up who is responsible for what.

I like the ability to work simultaneously with others while updating information.

Sometimes there are duplicate invoices, not sure if it's us or actually Monday.com

Keeping track of all invoices and customers allows for more efficient work.

The ability to "tag" people in an assignment, upload files, and share notes makes remote work so much easier in task management.

I'd like to be able to better upload/link files.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a dynamic tool that can be used anywhere for personal and professional organization. I use integrations and automations a lot, they are very useful for day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time to update cSometimes it takes a long time to update changes in the tables and you have to reload the page. And this is not because of the internet because it has already happened in several places that I was connected.hanges in the tables and you have to reload the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynamic management for projects that require greater agility. Cleanest layout of all and ends up making the entire project environment more productive and also consequently with better results.

My favorite aspect of Monday.com is the ability to integrate third party applications into the already intuitive design to help me keep track of tasks and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint with monday.com is the occasional slow-down that I experience on boards that are packed. I have already seen this become less of an issue, but it is still prevalent on big boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is already solving the slow-down that I experience on larger boards. With it being based in the cloud, I can understand why this would occur. I am not sure if Monday.com has been increasing its ability to handle this, but this is becoming less of a problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't talk to a real person in customer service.
I also would like a way to integrate all my projects for clients into one board with multiple tabs for each client.

It' 's a one-stop shop that provides, team organization and structure for a seamless workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I used the software in the role of user as well as administrator: I have always considered Monday a very simple and flexible solution, rich in integrations and ready to customise compared to the competition.

Fast, kind and excellent support but no localisation in my language.
