What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a game change in our company. It allows us to track and monitor projects while keeping important data all in one place. It has eliminated the need to store data reports and relative documents in multiple locations on shared drives. The security is excellent and allows us to share some information with people inside and outside of our company without compromising confidential documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to be able to report on or have a dashboard for is the activity changes. It would be nice to have a dashboard display when a status or update has been made and show the date that it was made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management is the largest problem that Monday.com has solved for our company. It has increased productivity in many areas of Revenue Cyce Management because it functionally enhances project tracking, deadlines and completion of projects.

The Best Organizing Tool Around

What do you like best about the product?
There are many upsides to monday.com since the company I work for has used it. We find it very easy to organize all of projects and communicate easily about updates in real time. The automations that you can make makes very simple to move things around or handle minimal tasks that may take a while to do personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can see with this program how little marketing there is about the program. I feel that the more marketing this program has, the more companies or individuals will use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started with this company, I could see that project management and organization would be a major problem, along being able to effectively communicate with my colleagues about these projects. But, ever since we started using Monday.com, that problem is non-existent.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate through the different ork spaces we use and keep our to-do work organized as well. It is very useful to be able to add it all and click when it is being worked on and by who and when it is done for the next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure if this is something that we need to do on our end but sometimes the task does not automatically go into its correct spot after we change its status and needs to be moved manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep all my tasks organized so I know what I need to do next and what I already finished along with due dates so I have a visual representation of what needs to be done and when.

the callender is easy to use and shows quantities of leads for each day

nothing to dislike, I am happy with the service

it slike an online diary with notes, names etc and I can store all relevant files that link to each customer all in the same place

-I would like to assign same Status categories to multiple Status columns
-Formula with dates should appear in Calendar View

What do you like best about the product?
It enhances collaboration within my team, and I appreciate the engaging nature of the boards, where distinct colors are assigned to each status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm, this is a case to case basis where I add an item to my board. When I introduce an item onto my board, it is subsequently removed due to the ongoing filtering of my current board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm uncertain about that, as I'm not familiar with the specific issue it is currently facing

Monday dot com - Easy, Customizable User friendly software

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday.com to track the progress of my projects, documentation, task follow-up, and fulfillment. Monday.com is super customizable and easy to use. The built-in automation caters to most tasks and you can create an automation script from scratch. It has a host of inbuilt integration connectors that allow it to connect to widely used software. The docs feature caters to any documentation which keeps everything about the project in one place. I would definitely recommend Monday.com to any and all teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if Monday.com provides multi-level nested sub-items. Currently one can have only one level deep.
Another feature is which I would request is to update the status of tasks via email. Currently, it is only possible to provide updates via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me to track my projects, documentation of my projects' deliverables, and status documentation. Team task assignment and follow-up. Events management as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Why i do like to use MONDAY.COM is:

・I can do any different task in MONDAY, i don' t need to switch another platform .
・I can take over the task from another team easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime we faced a huge bug before, but it's not anymore now. Thanks!

It would be nice if we can taking over the task with notes.
It might very nice that we don't need review or search again.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has eliminated emails and optimised the way we communicate with clients. It's vital for agency owners who want to optimise their client service and their team performance!
What do you dislike about the product?
CRM capability is not as in-depth as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers great transparency across all team members and clients and eliminates emails. Time stamping on all communication is a God-send!
