Enhancing Team Collaboration with monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
What I find super helpful about the platform is how easy it makes getting work done together. You can create boards that fit your team's way of working, moving tasks around like sticky notes. It's like having a virtual whiteboard for everyone to see and update. Plus, you can chat about tasks, set dates, and know what's going on without sending a million emails. It's like teamwork made simple! Monday.com is a big help for teams to stay on top of things! Recommended with 2 hands!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that there's something I dislike, but deciding which plan is best for your team can be a bit confusing due to the various options and add-ons to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com effectively solves the problems of scattered communication, unclear task tracking, and resource allocation challenges. This benefits me by providing a centralized platform for clear discussions, visual task monitoring, and balanced workload distribution. Additionally, it enhances project transparency, automates notifications, and integrates tools, ultimately fostering efficient collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Great project management software

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com to organize my work projects based on deadlines, and it has enabled me to keep track of tasks based on priorities and streamlined our workflow allowing us to always stay on track and meet deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are different tiers for different features. I feel that software should just be paid with unlimited features for every user. I'm not able to fully see if the higher tiers are actually beneficial or not without getting to use them in an everyday environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us solve having multiple people within a team work on the same workload in the proper dealine priority order. we no longer accidentally focus on tasks that were less urgent than others.

Great Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
It seems anytime there is any slow down of their servers, they are quick to get it resolved or upgrade the system to react to higher demand. The interface has stayed quite consistant which is nice for training new users. They do not change the UI for no reason, it's always well thought out and exicuted, which is a nice change compared to many other software programs that change just to change.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found any yet, the small bumps in the road we've run into they've always been able to address very quickly. Upload times have been improved over the years we've used it, and down time is almost non-existant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There have bene many improvements in the time we've been using the program (around 6 years at this point). We've noticed significant speed increases, and the features that have been added have been welcome and well exicuted.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep task, status, and updates in one place. We leverage the comment section allowing us to @mention and keep conversations centralized. It's a great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Still trying to figure our consistent columns / statuses for line items and sub-line items. I'm sure this is a learning curve, but would be useful to better understand this capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ability to be document in one place, to be transparent as it comes to marketing campiagn planning, and understanding what's open, in progress, and/or complete.

What do you like best about the product?
It has unlimited portential on how to improve your job experience with automations, reminders, progress of projects etc... It also has a great tool for learning how to use every feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encounter anything that i can pinpoint as not being uselfull or i can dislike. The portal works as advertised and you can really create boards and word the same way you needed them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The portal helps with the creatin of projects as anyone can work ad we can track the progress and collaborations of team members, it is great at helping us meeting deadlines.

Helpful, organizational tool

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for a little over a year now. It is extremely helpful in keeping track of daily to-dos, collaborating with our team, sharing documents and information and also tracking the impact of projects. I am easily able to tag teammates, share tasks and ultimately streamline the collaboration process. I also find Monday very helpful when having "check in" calls with leadership - I am able to quickly look at my boards and tell them exactly what I'm working on and where we are in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that I have not even been able to explore yet. I think an initial training/"onboarding" of sorts would be super helpful to ensure we are really getting the most out of the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday takes all the guess work out of tracking projects and also streamlines our collaboration efforts to ensure we are completely and tracking tasks efficiently. It has also been instrumental in tracking events / event planning and most importantly, ROMI.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow automation, a massive library of integrations and the ability to visualize data in myriad ways has been critical to our growth. I honestly don't know that we would have been as successful without Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be careful and deliberate with the design of your boards or they can get unwieldy. With that said, performance has been mostly good with hundreds or even thousands of rows. You just have to automate the archiving/deletion of old data and guard against column proliferation, especially when you have a whole team managing your boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our incident response process, lead pipeline, internal knowledge base, document store, dev-ops, executive dashboards, HR functions like PTO and time tracking...our entire business is on Monday.

Excellent Platform for Shared Information

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to diseminate information between a team and multiple teams. One storeage location for data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning. Our organizations workflow in some areas is a bit choppy. Not a Monday.com issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to convey information about upcoming events. This allows all members of multiple teams to know what is on the horizon and plan accordingly. We also use it to share data from outside sources and have it be avaialable to multiple users.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is a great tool for our Audit function to manage and track the progress of our project. It has so many options to customize and created labels for individual assigned tasks.

I dont recall anything which i dont like. This is a great project management tool.
