A new way of working
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and visibility, it's very easy to show your work with both stake holders and your line management l, it saves having the same conversation multiple times
What do you dislike about the product?
When additional additional entries into open projects these are always entered into the bottom, when often the new ones added are a high priority and I end up having to manually move them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves having multiple conversations with multiple departments multiple times, great paper trail also rather than having to tread through dozens of email chains to find the answer you need
Muti-Use and Mutli-functional
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send alerts and porvide real time updates that are easy to read have benefited the team and improved our quality in multiple project success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no complaints at this time for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to break down my project into multiple task and invidually assign them to the correspinding person and provide me real time updates.

Perfect for those who love being organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is like an extremely-user friendly spreadsheet. I usually use Monday to track follow-ups and to organize my work day. I like how easy to use it is! I love how multiple team members can collaborate with their comments in the "Updates" feature. So good!
What do you dislike about the product?
UX has definitely improved by making the nav bar retractable. It used to make me uncomfortable to not have the entire screen to myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more control over the projects we're working on. I use the "calendar" or "follow-ups" feature weekly and this keeps me extremely productive. A normal spreadsheet wouldn't be able to fill these gaps. Monday lets me be productive and creative.
Great Task Management Service!
What do you like best about the product?
When using Monday.com, the best part is the ease of access with new tasks and assigning due dates. Without Monday, task management would be a lot more difficult, and it makes things a breeze. I love the link integration as well, as I can have all of my links readily available rather than wasting time searching through a company Sharepoint or Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of something that I dislike about the Monday.com platform. It's easy to use, full of features, and is the best task management site I've used so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Monday.com is solving is helping modernize task management and allowing people to step away from planners, calenders, and spreadsheets. You're able to have seamless task management with less work to achieve it.
Excellent Systems - If everyone uses them
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to tag teammates and arrange dashboards in different configurations as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a better connection between the notes and to do list dashboards. Would prefer them on the same page.

allows us to track projects over long periods of time, easily edit content calendars, and keep track of tasks dependent on a timeline
Intuitive and Robust
What do you like best about the product?
I love the development side. Figuring out how to make items auto fill or mirror across boards helps streamline work, reduce human error, and win people over to the platforms usefulness.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I jumped in with both feet and was mostly self-taught by their easy to use videos, I find that some co-workers are hesitant because they dont understand it immediantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring work production and scheduling. We also use it across warehouses to report up on dashboards for administration to view in real time.

Projects and priorities are super clear and aligned which keeps me focused during my day and keeps me updated regarding deadlines of each project.
