What do you like best about the product?
I love how versitle the platform is. Whether you are using it for Project Management, Tasks Lists, a CRM, or even a place to just simply store data. It just works.
The ability to customize it via integrations, automations, or by using the API, you can make Monday.com your 1-stop place for data and information.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike about monday.com, but the two things that comes to mind is that it is lacking the ability to easily make a task reoccuring. Something that you would think would be very simple, takes multiple automations to get it to work just right. The other being that sometimes the automations do not work and you have to reverse the trigger and re-trigger the automation or just do the automated task manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real question here should be is what problem is monday.com not solving for us.
We use Monday.com for a central point on contact for all things Project Management.
We also use Monday.com for clarity as well as transparency across all departments.
We no longer have to make multiple emails or get up to ask someone, we can go check monday.com to get the answer we need.

Amazing for Organizing - Especially with a Remote Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes it easy to see what status each task is in along with being able to separate things based on what the task is at hand. I work remote and being able to be super organized with a team that is all around the country. It keeps everything super streamline and leaves little room for confusion while allowing communication within the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes building out boards can be a little confusing but overall everything is user friendly! I just had to watch some tutorials with some of the features so really no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem in a remote environment is organization. It's really easy to get out of touch with coworkers when collaborating when everyone is all over the US and sometimes in another country. Monday is vital in streamlining workflow and creating a visual way to help keep everyone involved and updated through notifications along with visually showing you in the board.

What do you like best about the product?
How it helps organise your tasks, track progress, assign tasks and set up automation. All of these combined creates a great work flow, making work so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you can't change the name of an item name once you've set it up. It would also be better to have faster on-demand technical support as sometimes there are bugs detected and it would be much better to have these sorted the same day.

It helps to solve tracking of multiple projects and see who's responsible for what. it also helps us keep track of key industry contacts, their names emails, numbers etc. it acts as a central hub for our department, a project management tool and a CRM.

Utterly transformed how we manage and report on our portfolio of projects across the enterprise.

I would like the ability to easily produce dashboards across multiple Workspaces.

Monday provides a single source of the truth and insight across the enter portfolio of projects across the enterprise.

the time needed to familiarize yourself with the tool is very short, as the ui/ux is well built and intuitive, I don't waste time looking for what I need

I still haven't found anything I didn't like about the tool, it satisfies all my needs

I can organize my tasks and optimize them since I know what I need to do on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my bosses can assign work and I can always make sure I know what's going on. I love the subtasks and the ease of which I can make them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was a bit easier to set up automation. I cannot figure those out easily.

It's a great way for our marketing team to keep track of what the rest of our team needs us to handle.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes very easy for me to work with my worlwide team, we all can show our progress and help one another very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
For a reason some times I don't get my notifications on the computer app and I only get tyhe emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even tho my company in in UK and I'm in México, we can work as if I'm in the office next to them, we share all we need, is so easy to divide tasks and jobs, we can see all the projects that we are working on and the status. It is a great tool for global companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Variety of ways to look at tasks; easy-to-navigate user interface; intuitive approach to setting it up in a customized fashion. Better than asana - more efficent use of space on user interface. way better than evernote - this is what evernote wanted to be but never became.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see all my boards in MY WORK, and my google calendar won't link. I think it i lost conenctions when I transfered from a free trial to a paid account, but i can't get them to sync again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving multiple categories of projects coming together for product launch. helps me get a glimpse of dependencies and timelines.
