What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy! I mean, super easy. Our ultra-technical team members love it because they can build all kinds of workflows and code to plug into our Monday account, and our non-technical team members appreciate it due to the visuals. From a UI perspective, it is just easy on the eyes. We have transitioned our entire company to monday.com for all workflow management. Additionally, they are constantly developing new features, so if you are patient enough, the feature you wish for will likely be developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I wish they would improve on is the linking of the boards. Using the mirror function can be a bit clunky, and to be honest, it is significantly easier to do in Excel. Monday continues to bring us improvements in this area, but it is still clunky. The other area that I like and dislike is the number of apps you pay for if you need your board to do more sophisticated things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage thousands of patient records and these records are updated monthly. This helps us manage the staff time and patient workflow.

BETTER COORDINATION IN SAME SHIFT AND BETWEEN SHIFT EMPLOYEE. stay informed and update to every discussion and topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can submit training and new features that AI enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows messages to be sent between departments and shifts, as well as between employees, making it easy to share updates or notes about previous shifts and teams.

Effortless Task Management with the 'My Work' Feature

What do you like best about the product?
I like the "my work" section that summarizes the work assigned to me, by due date, across different boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could share across organizations better. I have a monday.com account, and so does my client. But there is no way to have a live shared board between us, you can only copy one board at one time and then work with it from there. That is the biggest flaw in my opinion

What do you like best about the product?

I wish it had a bit more functionality for invoicing and quoting.

It allows us to track jobs individually, created subcatergories and keep chats live using replies to not bulk up feeds.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday turned our scattered processes into a smart, structured, and scalable system — and we’re still finding new ways to make it even better every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday Work Management is incredibly versatile, I wish it had stronger options for data analysis — especially when it comes to pivoting and handling weighted averages. The current pivot view is quite limited compared to traditional tools like Excel or BI dashboards, and complex calculations (such as weighted averages) aren’t easily achievable through formula or number columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us track KPIs, employee goals, and performance across locations while streamlining hiring, communication, and training workflows. Its automations reduced manual work and made our operations smoother, faster, and stress-free.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that monday Work Management provides a centralized location where all of the resources, plans, and tools I need are easily accessible in one spot. This convenience reduces the need for me to search through various platforms like Google or email, allowing me to manage everything related to a project within Monday. The platform enables visibility into project progress and future plans, breaking down roles and responsibilities clearly across divisions. I find the communication features extremely useful as they allow me to tag teammates and write updates directly within the platform, saving me from sifting through emails and chats. The dashboards have become an integral part of showcasing our capacity despite needing further optimization. I also value its capability to facilitate team reviews of project plans in a visual way, making it clear who is assigned to what tasks. Furthermore, sending out reminders and making updates to projects have become streamlined processes, which significantly contributes to keeping the team aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
