Monday Keeps My Deals and Tasks Organized in One Clean, Easy View
What do you like best about the product?
As an Account Executive, Monday helps me organize all of my deals and daily tasks. I schedule reminders for myself, track notes, and love that I can see a snapshot of everything I'm working on, all in one place. It's a clean easy to digest view and a million times better than the spreadsheet I was previously trying to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly for what I'm using it for, there isn't anything that isn't working for me. I do feel like I'm underutilizing the potential of the platform but I don't think I'm using it in the most common way and so I don't know what I should be adding or refining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help me organize all of my deals and track my progress. I had no way to organize all of the projects I was working on before and it's impossible to manage everything from your inbox. Monday provides me a place to track my notes, update progress and see how I'm tracking towards my quota. I can open my board and see a snapshot of everything in 30 seconds.
Monday Makes Workflows Smooth with Easy Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use, highly customizable and extremely efficient making workflows smooth, accessible and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing however there could be better integration with CRM platforms and more templates especially for budgeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a centralized location for all project management so that teams don't have to use multiple other locations to store and track progress. It also allows me to customize my boards to my needs to oversee so many aspects of my process and see team performance, project performance, efficiency, and do reporting all in one space.
Highly Customizable, Perfect for Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is customizable for all my work tasks, such as reports, fieldwork, and data management. It helps in managing my time, telling me what I need to do and for how long, as well as showing who else is working on the same projects and their specific tasks. I also like that we use it to request vacation days, which helps us know who is on vacation and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a detail, but I wish that the sorting button would recognize numbers. For example, if my titles in a table are titled from 1 to 11, it will only sort based on the first digit, so that 11 will appear before 2. The sorting button should be able to recognize at least 3 digit numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps manage my time by showing what tasks I need to do and who works on projects with me. The customization is great for tracking responsibilities, and it lets us know who is on vacation.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations are a huge help to my daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides at this time.

Flexible Work Management That Keeps Our Team Organised
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility on the whole is really useful and it has been great to help organise work management across members of the team

As far as I am aware I would like better interconnectivity between boards and a bit more variation on automation

Making sure that across the team we know what work is on and who is doing what so that work can easily be picked up and also it is really useful for time and resource planning.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy working with Monday. It helps me keep a clear overview of all the tasks on my schedule, which gives me peace of mind. Knowing that I’ll be reminded of upcoming deadlines means I don’t have to worry about forgetting anything.
Our team is also very enthusiastic about it, as it allows us to manage everything in one central place. We can easily ask each other questions and keep all communication neatly on topic. Gone are the days of digging through Outlook for scattered bits of information—everything is now organized and easy to find.
Overall, it makes our workflow much smoother. It’s an intuitive tool that I would highly recommend to anyone!

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that with the PRO version (compared to the more advanced plans), it’s more difficult to map out campaigns on a timeline. I would really like to have a clear overview of ongoing marketing campaigns, with the ability to add tasks underneath each campaign. At the moment, I haven’t been able to set this up the way I’d like.

Monday helps our team work in a much more structured way than before. All information is now available in one central platform, which makes collaboration and follow-up much easier. It’s no longer necessary to search through Outlook for scattered bits of information to piece together the full picture—everything is organized and accessible in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy monday Work Management is to use. The basics of what it does are straightforward, which is great, but if I want to dive deeper, there's a fountain of things I can do with it. There's way more tools in there than even I or my boss currently use. The versatility it offers is fantastic. I also appreciate how quick and simple the initial setup was. As soon as I was hired, joining was just a matter of an email, and teaching someone the basics is equally straightforward. It accommodates both minimal and extensive information inputs, making it flexible and adaptable. The setup was fast, and I was happy with it right from day one. With my role, having a system that keeps everything accessible and allows personalized calendar setups is extremely helpful. Overall, it works really well for our small team by keeping us on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday seems like it can create forms, and I would like it to be very much like an all-in-one thing. Having something like that as part of Monday would make it so much better instead of having to find another tool and spend money on that. Integrating a feature where I can upload a work, get client feedback, and keep everything within Monday would be fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to delegate tasks, manage workflows, and keep on track with timelines, especially when I tend to procrastinate. It helps me stay organized and maintain effective time management under pressure, which prevents a negative impact on my team.

I like the convenience and ease of use of monday Work Management. It makes it easy to share with other people on the team or clients. There's a flexibility within monday Work Management that we didn't have before.

Monday work management is not extremely intuitive

monday Work Management provides a concise platform to see digital projects, including creative and email sections, and track time against budget. We switched from Google Sheets for more flexibility.
Efficient and Collaborative, But Needs Undo
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to manage various functions like go-to-market and engineering. It's like a flexible organization tool that allows me to log notes and history for my teammates. I really appreciate the collaboration features, as both our FT teammates and some external contractors or partners can be on the same platform, which makes it easy to share messages, track progress, and collaborate on workstreams. Our team likes monday Work Management because it's easier to use and has a more professional look. The initial setup was fairly easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no undo button. If I accidentally delete something, like in a column, there's no way to undo that action, and it's lost forever. We tried some integrations, but honestly, they aren't that useful yet.

I like the ease of use and the user interface monday Work Management offers. The ability to create different teams is very helpful for admin/permissions, and it's great for both internal and external collaboration on projects. It helps me keep my teams organized, track deadlines, and give asynchronous feedback on specific items. I also appreciate being able to outline deliverables for larger projects. Having a place for my team to see the scope of projects, plan ahead, and receive task assignments with reminders is invaluable. It's also fantastic for managing workload and providing visibility into the status of projects. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to build template tasks and subtasks. I also wish there were some better reporting/analytics functionality.

monday Work Management keeps our teams manage projects and campaigns, stay organized, track deadlines, and allows asynchronous feedback. It helps me manage workloads and provides visibility into project statuses without always have to check in with individual team mates.
