Clean, Intuitive Boards That Keep Our Team Aligned and Productive

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’m truly pleased with monday and the value and clarity of its management system. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to set up, allowing us to create highly impactful well-organized boards and simple workflows with barely a learning curve; making it simple for new users to get started immediately, as I add them. Whether task assignment, status tracking, updates, or essential collaboration tools, monday provides exactly what we need to stay aligned and productive. While many platforms reserve their best usability for higher-cost plans, monday stands out by offering a solid, thoughtfully designed foundation that supports efficient team organization and clear workflow management, even at the lower pricing tiers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our (apparent) inability to connect directly with a live sales entity to discuss upgrade options and have our upgrade related questions answered in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small instructional design house. Before monday, with our dozens of builds, projects, and partner clients running simultaneously, it was very difficult to easily see who was doing what, what was being hindered, and what critical tasks were slipping. Worse, managing content reviews, approvals, deadlines, and SME handoffs was messy with email threads and scattered course content and documents. Moreover, every designer works a little differently, which was leading to inconsistent processes, delays, and quality variance. Monday has allowed us to facilely encode proprietary workflows and to standardize our intake, storyboarding, course building, QA and review steps, ensuring every project follows the same proven sequence. Monday has also helped us streamline and track our content creation progress. We can now link directly to all associated files, drafts, and revisions within our work item updates.

Solid, Reliable monday.com for Smooth Cross-Department and Global Event Collaboration

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, monday.com's performance is solid and reliable. We have many departments, and we've defined them on monday so that any employee can move from one division to another. I like that we can collaborate on event planning with organizations in other countries, which is much simpler than holding virtual meetings or managing long email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has saved our events team hours of planning, especially while coordinating with an organization in another country for an important event. I honestly have nothing negative to say—we haven’t run into any inconveniences or issues, and it has suited our needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as our project management tool to track and communicate about projects. It has helped us reduce the number of emails in our inbox. We can also monitor everyone's progress, and all employees are trained to manage each client's progress.

Keeps My Clinic Tasks Organized and Easy to Track

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use monday Work Management to keep track of routine clinic work that is easy to forget during busy hours. For example, I note follow-ups after consultations, small admin work, and content tasks for the week. This helps me not miss things when patients are coming in one after another.
It was easy to start using. I created a small board and added my daily work without any setup. Updating status and due dates is quick, so I can see what is pending and what I have already finished. This is useful when I have many small tasks in a day.
I open it a few times a week, and sometimes daily when work is heavy. The basic features like task list, notes, and priority are enough for me. I don’t use advanced features, but for simple clinic planning this works well.

When I needed to understand a small option, the in-app help was enough. It also fits into my routine because I plan work here and then do the actual calls, messages, or content work in my usual tools. This keeps my day more organized without making things complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page takes a little time to load on slow internet, especially when many items are on the board. I also noticed that adding notes from the phone app is not as smooth as on desktop, so I prefer using it on the computer for updates. For small daily tasks, notifications can feel a bit extra if you don’t adjust them, so I had to turn a few off to avoid too many alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using monday Work Management, daily clinic tasks and follow-ups were mostly in my head or written in different places. During busy hours, it was easy to forget what was pending and what was already done. This created small delays in follow-ups and admin work.
Using monday gave me one place to note down work as it comes in. I can see what needs to be done today, what can wait, and what is already completed. This helps me plan my day better when the clinic is busy.
It also helps with follow-ups after consultations and content tasks that I plan for the week. I don’t have to rely on memory for these things anymore. Overall, it reduces missed follow-ups, saves small bits of time every day, and keeps my daily work more organized.

Keeps Our Warehouses Connected with Easy, Customizable Workspaces

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows for our team to stay connected throughout multiple warehouses/facilities. We can share workspaces and update policies with a few short clicks. I really like being able to customize my workspace layout to tailor it to my specific needs. Adding videos from YouTube and training guides, accessing all that with a few short clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have not come across anything that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows for our team to step up and take ownership of our progress, laying out or stats, giving us visual feedback on our progress in real time

Versatility and Integration in One Place

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is very similar to Excel, but a bit more structured. So, the organization of the spreadsheet makes it much easier to visualize and highlight information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition between spreadsheets is not very well done, as I can't efficiently retain the information from the columns. When I transfer from one spreadsheet to another, I need to choose which spreadsheets to forgo, and they end up being incorporated into the logic of the new spreadsheet. It's not clear how to use the integrations with extra tools, so this could be made a bit easier for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize tasks, integrate teams from different areas, and as a CRM for clients. It facilitates contact management, invoice issuance, and important automations for approval workflows until project completion.

Project tracking has improved and now centralizes planning, deadlines, and team collaboration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for monday.com is project management of various project deliverables.

A specific example of a project I have managed with monday.com is with incident response playbooks, where the project was entered into monday.com and tracked for all of the deliverables that went towards incident response playbooks, which also included communications templates and various project standards.

How has it helped my organization?

monday.com has impacted my organization positively by being very useful in organization and tracking of deliverables.

With the organization, task and projects, and processes, it gives a visual status because it uses listings, timelines, and various dashboards that make it easy to understand and easy to track projects.

What is most valuable?

The best features monday.com offers include tracking.

When I mention tracking, I mean it in terms of tracking task deadlines and also seeing other team members' progress working on the same projects that I am working on.

What needs improvement?

monday.com can be improved by continuing to support automation as we grow with technology such as artificial intelligence, as long as it continues to evolve based on the evolution of technology.

To continue achieving success with projects and task management, team collaboration, and workflow automation is what I would like to add specifically about the needed improvements.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using monday.com for one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

monday.com is stable.

How are customer service and support?

I have not had to use customer support as of yet, but I am quite sure it is excellent.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not previously use a different solution.

How was the initial setup?

I had no experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing.

What was our ROI?

I could say that I have not seen a return on investment, but it efficiently helps to centralize planning, tracking, and collaboration.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing monday.com, I did not evaluate other options.

What other advice do I have?

monday.com helps teams of all sizes work more efficiently by its customization to help centralize planning, tracking, and collaboration, and I can customize it around those parameters.

My advice to others looking into using monday.com is to use it to its fullest capacity.

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to customize views and organize based on different labels and statuses. I can make quick updates and color code, which makes it easy to differentiate tasks and assignments based on colors. I also appreciate being able to pivot and sort all my data however I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automations were more customizable across column types. I also wish I could buy just one seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to stay organized, track statuses, manage timelines, and communicate with clients and collaborators effectively.

Revolutionized Our Project Management Process

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management easy to use. It helps me ensure that projects are moving forward and makes assigning people to tasks and tracking progress much easier. I like seeing where people assigned to tasks stand in terms of getting things done. It's also easy to communicate with people to troubleshoot issues on Monday. Before Monday, we didn't have a good way to track projects and tasks. It's helpful to have a single place to view the history of work. Plus, the ability to attach documents or include links from our Google Drive makes referencing things much more convenient. The initial setup was fairly easy, and we learned by using training resources and videos. Monday has changed my life and makes it much easier to manage projects and daily tasks my teams are responsible for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Serves our needs for what we are looking to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project management, making it easier to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure projects move forward. It's easy to use, helps with communication, and provides a centralized place for tracking and accessing documents.

Monday helps us as a small team with very different professional backgrounds.

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The quick readiness of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Between the views "My Work" and "Main View," there are breaks in the columns that I cannot explain. These can - and must - be corrected manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various professional groups have to work on a topic with us. They have different language cultures (e.g., church musicians, sacristans, and accountants). With Monday, tasks can be coordinated well, and questions can be clarified effectively using the update function.

Pulses and Subitems Make Social Media Planning a Breeze

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using pulses and subitems when it comes to planning out social media content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could edit subitem buckets according to each one, not keeping them the same throughout the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and scheduling and keeping all team members up to date on exactly what's going out when.
