What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like most is the fact that I can email an update directly from my mail, which is very helpful. Also, I enjoy the ease of communication within the software program with my coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has so many capabilities and I'm not really sure how to best utilize all of the things that it offers. Because I know it has a lot of things that it can offer, but sometimes it's a little overwhelming. Also, I find a little difficult is recurring tasks. So something that would recur monthly or weekly or daily, that is a little bit cumbersome setting up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management keeps us organized, ensures task adherence, solves communication issues, and organizes files effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes working together in multiple different departments so easy and smooth. No delays or waiting on others - you can update your section and move forward. I love that it’s colorful as well, helps keep things organized and easy for teams to go to their sections and see what’s working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that if you want to add a new user or ten it does cost!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes multiple communication channels and delays and issues. It helps us redefine what the project needs and where it’s at!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI/UX. It's easy, clean, and manegeable. There are so many different tools/add-ons that can be used to increase productivty and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too much. With the recent upgrade, it solved a lot of initla concersn and haven't come across any yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helping with task management and file tracking. Overall, being able to easily add and track tasks and display on a gantt chart in a dynamic format really helps with project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating tasks to prevent things falling through the cracks is one of the best features as well as integrating with gmail to get project updates real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI part of it is still leaving a bit to be desired. Sometimes tasks are not completed as efficiently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use and very intuitive, anyone can pick up with minimum to no training, so it solves the onboarding problem. We have a heavy project load, and the performance sticks to our needs. So far a great ROI

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday Work Management allows us to keep each client folder on its own and makes it easy to change deadlines or information on each project. The tracking feature, where I can add notes or history to the project, is super helpful for tracking back. It helps us remember or showcase our workload with each client. The initial setup was also super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of monday Work Management. The ability to customize boards with various data input options is something I appreciate. Also, although I started working after the setup, the training to use monday was easy.

copying boards from one area to the next

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE monday Work Management. I think it's super easy to use and a great asset for all companies alike. What I like most is how easy it is to collaborate despite working location. The ability to build out boards has been really fantastic. We are a remote company, so we rely heavily on the boards that we have created and have included the chat system within them. The communication bubbles allow us to actively tap partners and have quick communications via monday Work Management rather than email or text.
