Monday accomplishes its stated goal of providing projects with control and transparency, irrespective of the business unit in charge.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like any platform with potential,Monday occasionally has a steep learning curve. The day to day operations are usually operational, but if you want to get the most out of your setup and personnel, you will need to put in some effort. But everything went out well thanks to the support team of monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday assists us in launching campaigns because we have numerous teams working on various project boards. Internal teams can work together and only share deliverables that are intended for external audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is how quickly this tool is implemented into my daily routine. The interface is ready to start right out of the box, you just have to worry about uploading your files and your calendar. It also has valuable integrations in the marketing world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is not as specialized as I would like, as it is a tool that almost works on its own, I think they do not bother to put experts to handle customer requests and queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a tool focused on marketing teams, it is easy to use for my team and for me. The ease of staying organized through this Monday tool has improved our productivity. Helping us meet the established challenges, the agreed dates and provide at least good service to our clients.

The integration and synchornization with other programs are quite effective on their own . it look very little time to integrate it into our workflow. it is far easier to monitor and complete duties with than any other tool we have used and the responsive help ensures that there are very few technical concern .

The primary problem i have with Monday.com is that a lot of its most alluring features rely on third-party material, which frequently calls for extra fees . This may result in a considerable increases in platfornm costs, particularly for individuals users or small enterprises.

Very simple to use and comprehend; it didn't take long to pick up the necessary skills. Customer service has always been excellent and responsive , resolving or assisting us with each problem we have encountered. Since this is the only software we use fir everything, it is practically always in use and performs well

Monday.com offers a range of functions, albeit its cost may be more than that of other services l. Its ability to do more than merely track project and task deadlines, though , helps to justify it's higher price

I would recommend this product because it allows you to customize the board's functionality. There are numerous ways to configure monday.com for your organization to track various data points, such as an Out of office board, a quote log, or even the processing of RMAs and credit hold requests. There are numerous ways to make monday.com work as a program. They also provide best customer service.

I have just been using monday.com for few months, so I do not have any comments on upgrades yet. If I do, I'd be pleased to provide input afterward.

Monday enables me to manage and track my clients. Monday.com is largely used for keeping track of the ao track the time spent on each client, which allows me to bettert prioritize. I also collaborate with many teams and like the ability to interact by email or by tagging others in a chat.

It is ideal for project management and team collaboration, ranging from the most basic tasks to agile sprints and software development. Nonetheless, for basic operations it may be less appropriate due to its pricing model, as firms with limted resources may find greater value in less expensive solutions that provide key functionalities at a reduced cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timetracking is a great notion in monday.com but it does not allow API entry with write access to the timetracking column. If possible, update timetracking via API. It would be more useful. In order to transfer tracking from another platform, such as Quickbooks.

I use Monday.com every day. When someone asigns me a task, I add it to my monday.com schedule to ensure that I do not forget it. I also include explanations and specifics about the assignment so that I remember every critical aspect. It is that simple monday.com is a valuable tool for tracking progress among colleagues. I use it to make task monitoring easier, communicate with team members, manage and keep all records, and monitor deadlines to ensure I don't miss any.

Monday.com allows you to create customizable boards to track prescription, refills and medication orders. Eash board can be tailored to a specific workflow, ensureing everyone's on the same page. Need to collaborate with technicians on specific medication? Monday.com facilitates seamless communication with in your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's specially frustrating when dialing with larger projects. The app can lag and sometimes even crash. I really wish the mobile experience was as smooth as the desktop one. It often find myself on the go and needing to cheak in on projects, but the app feels clunky and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely can be though but this tool is a lifesaver! It helps us stay on top of everything without being in the same room. We can easily see what everyone's working on and how project are coming along.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides seamless structure with tied-up data. For example, I use it often for user onboarding. What request does needs to be fulfilled in order for a new employee to be properly onboarded on day 1. You can also create forms that fills-in specific information which you can use to determine if certain data sets aren't completed yet and needs to be processed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The probable thing that prospective decision-makers would get irked about is it's cost. Sure, it has automation and forms. However, there's a steep learning curve when you're not familiar with tools such as Monday.com, you have to do the basics (at least).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Monday.com is helpful when it comes to user onboarding, training requirements and inventory.

Monday is great for productivity and collaboration between teams. The UI is userfriendly it's easy to follow projeccts, and tasks .
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming for new users because there are plenty of features and customization options. You need to use it frequently and gain some experience to master the functionalities.

Project management and team collaboration are the main ones. visualizing workflows, communication tools and the automation features save a lot of time.
