Practicality and Organization with monday Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to plan my work tasks and I like that it doesn't let me forget tasks and helps me keep my day more organized. The practicality is one of the things I like the most. Additionally, I really value the ability to share my work with my team, which facilitates collaboration, as they can help me and I can help with their work. The initial setup was smooth because it is very intuitive to use.

Easy to Get Started, Powerful Automations That Eliminate Mundane Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to get started and explore the many different features. I really like the automations, which help eliminate mundane tasks and make day-to-day work feel a lot smoother. It was very easy to implement into our daily ordering requirements. Since switching to Monday we use it everyday for tracking orders and it was very easy to integrate with our existing processes and if we needed any help their customer service was there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish my colleagues could leave comments in Monday without having to pay for extra seats. I wish the number of seats you had to purchase were more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking orders! We place over 700 orders for materials and supplies for our Trade school and we use it to get orders approved and to track them from the time its submitted to the time it arrives. It has eliminated the need to walk around a request form to start the ordering process.
No-Code Automation Made Easy with Powerful Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the no-code automation features, the task management, the ease of use, and so many other things about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything seems perfect. I’m really enjoying the overall experience.

I use it to help with our company’s task automation assignments, and it integrates easily with Slack.
Visual Boards Make Team Collaboration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use monday Work Management to keep track of tasks and projects for the team, and it really helps in making planning a lot less stressful. I like how I can just open a board and quickly see who’s handling what and what’s coming up next, which provides excellent visibility for my tasks. I love the visual workflow boards - the way everything is arranged into boards, items, and columns makes project tracking a lot more organized and easy to follow. Switching between Kanban, Timeline, and Calendar views is super useful depending on the task at hand, especially how the Kanban board helps with day-to-day management and the timeline view is great for planning larger projects. I didn’t think the visual layout would matter that much at first, but it ended up making a bigger difference than I expected. Collaboration feels smooth since team members can comment, tag others, and attach files right within tasks, keeping everything connected to work instead of scattered across emails or chat threads. The automation features like notifying someone when a task status changes and automatically moving a task to the next stage, though small, save quite a bit of time. Also, using monday Work Management along with other tools, like messaging platforms and document sharing solutions, makes our workflow organized and smooth as it keeps important project details centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that didn’t work perfectly for me at first was the interface. It can feel a bit overwhelming when you’re just getting started. Another area that could be better is reporting and deeper customization in certain views. Also, when a board gets really large with lots of tasks and columns, it can start to feel a bit crowded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management offers visibility across projects, reducing scattered updates and confusion. It streamlines tasks from spreadsheets to visual boards, helping my team track responsibilities and deadlines efficiently. The simple automations and integrated comments make collaboration smoother, saving us time and effort.
Great Organization, Dashboard Visualization Can Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization that monday Work Management offers, especially the organization by person's name, which helps with the personal organization of each team member. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the visualization of the panels in Monday Work Management could be better. It would be good if each person could have their own tab.

I use Monday Work Management for organization at work, helping with task division and personal organization for each team member.
Effortless Setup and Comprehensive Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to understand and use Monday. I didn't need any particular background to start using and setting it up. It's really difficult to switch to a new platform and have to sit through hours of training videos just to learn how to get started, but this wasn't necessary with Monday. I use Monday for project tracking, onboarding tracking, creating reports, and visualizing data. It helps me share information with the relevant people and makes it really easy to automate tedious manual tasks. Setup was fairly easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to integrate and automate with other platforms, for example with HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the tool is its innovative dashboards and resource planning. Bringing timesheets, budgets, project management tasks, and much more into one place is fantastic. Having all of these elements together—and able to communicate with each other—feels truly unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used many other tools in this field and none compare to Monday Work. I really impressed with how it works, it is very easy to customize to get what we need, tailored to our needs, so I have nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create custom reports so we can keep all our key business metrics and data at our fingertips. This simplifies the manual processing of metrics and data and lets us focus on making data-driven decisions, rather than spending so much time generating those reports in the first place.

I consider the price high compared to other platforms. Furthermore, I have already had loading issues on the mobile app.

I really appreciate how it helps by grouping projects by categories, which keeps us up to date and connected in one location to see all our projects. I love how organized it makes my projects, keeping my day-to-day schedule structured and preventing me from forgetting projects due to our high workload. The ability to organize projects by their status, deadlines, and categories makes it easy to glance at my tasks without feeling overwhelmed. Setting it up was very easy, which was a big plus.

Scalable Solution with Real-Time Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the intuitiveness of monday Work Management. I really like that there is a lot of syncing and real-time changes that can be updated across multiple teams. I also especially like the monday Work Management automations. They've helped a lot with QA processes and also making sure our team doesn't miss the intake of new launches that come in and also QA things as they're running to mitigate any risks and errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish the Excel export from monday Work Management worked a lot better. I find it pretty impossible to make reports from downloads of monday Work Management data with how the cells are merged in Excel when you download it. If there was a way to better format the data in a raw data file, it would be a lot more seamless and intuitive for digesting, pivoting, and looking at data in Excel.
