What do you like best about the product?
Visually appeal and rewarding. Great for someone with adhd.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, perhaps it could integrate even better with outlook and teams, I could tag emails to be to do with a certain task maybe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and tracking. Organisation and request forms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clear and interactive interface of monday Work Management, it is very intuitive. The interface is not just aesthetic, it is functional. It is clean and smart, allowing you to intuitively identify what is critical (in red) and what is completed (in green), without straining the eyes. Additionally, the initial setup was quick and facilitated by the use of ready-made templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many notifications. Preferences need to be well configured to avoid being bombarded with notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to manage my tasks by creating workflows. It centralizes the information, allowing me to know the latest version of ongoing projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicality and assistance that monday Work Management offers in my daily routine. I especially value the customizable boards, automations, and dashboards, as together they help make everything more organized, transparent, and collaborative. The fact that monday Work Management provides more tools, automation, and visualization of the workflow was one of the main reasons for my team to switch to it. Additionally, the initial setup process was very smooth and I really liked that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some important features are restricted to more complex plans, which may somewhat limit users of more basic plans. I also believe that the mobile version could have more features from the desktop version to facilitate task management from anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to centralize communication, organize tasks, and not miss deadlines. I value the customizable boards, automations, and dashboards, which together make everything more organized and collaborative, as well as providing more tools and automation.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday Work Management is how intuitive and visual the platform is. It makes it very easy to organize tasks, track progress, and collaborate with a team in one place. The customizable boards and different views (such as Kanban, timeline, and calendar) allow teams to adapt the platform to their specific workflows. I also really appreciate the automation features, which help reduce repetitive tasks and keep everyone updated automatically. Overall, it simplifies project management while keeping everything transparent and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about monday Work Management is that some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which can make the platform expensive for small teams or startups. Additionally, because the system is highly customizable, new users may experience a learning curve at the beginning while setting up boards, automations, and integrations. In some cases, managing very large boards with many items can also feel a bit overwhelming or cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps solve problems related to disorganization, lack of visibility in projects, and inefficient team communication. Before using it, tasks and project updates can often be scattered across emails, messages, and spreadsheets, which makes it difficult to track progress and responsibilities.

By centralizing all tasks, deadlines, and project information in one place, it becomes much easier to monitor progress, assign responsibilities, and keep everyone aligned. The visual dashboards and automation features also reduce manual work and help ensure that important updates or deadlines are not missed.

As a result, it improves productivity, transparency within the team, and overall project management efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the interface of monday Work Management is very cool, even without having used it in depth. I also like the automations, which make work simpler and help spend less time on trivial things.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I don't use it very frequently, I believe I don't have many criticisms yet. What I have been able to see so far are only good things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think monday Work Management would improve the company's dynamics. The automations and the interface make work easier and save time on simple tasks.

“My Work” View Gives a Nice Bird's Eye View of My Tasks Across All Projects

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to load up the 'my work' section and seeing all tasks that I have assigned to me regardless of what project that they are in. I can also choose the columns and order that works best for me in that overall view.
What do you dislike about the product?
When building automations, the date setting options for items are not intuitive. e.g. wanting to setup regular occurring task where the due date is 4 days from the creation date. There is no option for +4 days. If you pick a date, it's a fixed date. If you try to setup a recurring task for every other Friday, there is nothing in the UI to choose the start date, so upon creating it, it's not clear if it will start the next Friday or 2 Fridays from the date you make it. I've found some workarounds by making 'groups' that when tasks are moved to it, it will set a date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to see the overall landscape of tasks that need to be done and allowing me to prioritize or seek assistance/delegate tasks that would struggle based on which ones that require my attention.
