What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to manage automations and integrations, especially compared to other CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t make mandatory inputs conditional—for example, if the status is X, I want column 1 to become mandatory, but I’m not able to set that up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to our previous CRM, Monday allows us to optimise our approach and find bespoke solutions as the market changes.

I like that monday Work Management is easy to customize and change processes as they evolve. It's also great for solving issues like communication silos, and it provides a single source of truth, which prevents information from getting lost. Plus, it's easy to use for non-technical teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches with integrations built on the API, and some products start as free and then become paid when we already use them.

What I like most about monday Work Management is the enhancement of collaboration and transparency between departments through intelligent automations. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive.

Panels and integrations. Could be more intuitive.

I use monday Work Management to learn how to design, plan, and customize the team, improving productivity. It solves productivity and transparency issues. What I like most is the collaboration and transparency between departments, thanks to intelligent automations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is easy to use, and my workers also really enjoy using the platform. It helps us all see the timeline of each customer without having to chat privately. Setting it up was easy; I just used a YouTube video.

I use monday Work Management for customer management, to review timelines and payments. It helps me see each customer's timeline and payment due dates in one view, eliminating the need for private chats. My team finds it easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Look of the platform. Easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is limitations within the Pro Plan for other to add users. Users unaware of this feature can greatly impact costs without knowing it.

Monday is replacing another platform we were using to manage workflows and tasks.

Monday Work Management solves problems like disorganized tasks, lack of visibility on projects, poor team communication, and missed deadlines. It helps by putting everything in one place, making it easy to track progress, assign responsibilities, and prioritize work. Because of this, I’m more organized, save time, reduce errors, and have a much clearer view of what needs to be done and when. It also improves collaboration and helps the team work more efficiently and stay aligned with goals.
Highly Customizable Boards That Are Simple and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize each board to the specific tasks/needs that I have. It is simple to use, and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to create locks on individual columns on the boards to prevent others from changing column titles. Also, the bar to the left to scroll your list of boards is too thin, often I end up grabbing one of the boards and moving it in my list instead of scrolling through the list and that is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday work management is helping us solve HR records for our company - we have 3 offices that are international, and having a system that shows data in real time is invaluable. Everyone can see the data at the same time, and updates /comments are all in one place. No more hunting down where or who has the right document.
Superior Task Management with Flexible Attributes and Clear Date Progress
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ways you could create attributes and use them; the way you could see date progress right in the list view
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I think it is a superior task management system

We use Monday to organize, priortize, and track Feature Request work from our Enterprise clients. It allows their teams and ours to collaborate together in once space seamlessly.
