Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use and to organize your daily work

There is some resistance from other people to use it due to not understanding it

I could automatize many processes that made me earn a lot of time to do other tasks
One of the best Project Management tools on the market
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly interface and customer support. The consistent development of tools being added that improve workflows and clear documentation on how to use these efficiently. It's easy to setup and when I'm using the software daily, the little things matter on integrating everything swiftly and smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of QOL features which need to be outsourced via. the marketplace on Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to manage our teams projects and how they're performing. We have an easier time organising our projects and daily tickets, and we have plenty of ways to customise to our business needs.
Excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is the ability to automize my dutties and being able to notified of the due dates and to do list. Not only that, but it helps me keep my duties and projects organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing a dislike about monday.com is that fact that I can't change the new line on each group to be on top instead of the bottom.

Reminding me about deadlines and to do list.Keeping my projects organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the color coding of priorities, the ease of managing my tasks, and how moveable everything is. Honestly, I love Monday.com so much that I have told so many about it. I was an avid Asana user for years. Monday is way easier to use and friendly to all ages and levels. I use it everyday. It was a no brainer to begin use since I have used the Wrike, which is insanely complicated. It was an easy transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least thing is the pricing schedule. I wish the cap would be 4 instead of 3 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the problem that exists in the minds of many users that have too much on their plates. Putting persepctive on priorities and keeping one in track of their goals and next steps.
The Best Way to Track Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have a daily organized list for each day/week. I like that I can customize my boards to be what I need. So many great features to track projects and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is Monday doesn't adjust to the size of your window screen and I can't see certain things when I shorten the length of the window.

Monday has made it easy to track and collaborate on projects with my team

How easy to use everything is. It works great for our sales pipeline, and managing projects once sold.

I do not know out account rep, and they never reach out to offer training, or info.

Ultimate Productivity App
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy many of the templates, this helps get a huge head start on your board setup and automation

Wish we could connect boards across different accounts. I am an entrepreneur and have 3 different monday.com accounts and I miss a lot of stuff because i'm having to switch between all the accounts.

It helps hold teams accountable with documentation.
The Project Management Tool You Didn't Know You Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com automates a ton of our workflows, and allows all of our teams (both larger teams and smaller teams) be able to track their tasks for specific clients as well as in aggregate. We also use it as a CRM system in addition to task management. The ability to give clients access as well with view-only access is great so they can see our projects in real time. Automating things from Monday to other platforms (i.e. Slack) is a great feature to make sure people see updates. We are in Monday.com literally every day, multiple times per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fees on a user license level is tough considering having 65 vs 66 users shouldn't really add any load on Monday.com end but it causes a new tier level to be achieved. If licenses are needed, then the ability to buy single licenses instead of groups of 5 or 10 or 20 is better since often times you don't need 5 more but just 1.
Automation limits can also cause some issues, so it can be tough to make sure you are under the limit.

Keeps everyone in 1 tool, so we can see all projects and tasks across the entire org in one place. We can see bandwidth in real time which helps in assigning clients and work to our team.

It has been difficult to integrate with specific ITSMs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing what our Service Improvement Team is doing, keeping them organised and forecasting work. As their manager I can keep on top of their work at the same time as my own, and share this upwards very easily

So many features that go unused because of lack of knowledge regarding the app!
