What do you like best about the product?
The automations within Boards makes it more alive and as it is working with you on the way through assignments
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of synchronisations with Teams, and also proper CRM integration with efficy.

Reducing numbers of internal emails or posters on screens or on tables
Monday.com is my go to CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like having all of my To Dos in one place and the ability to add notes and set deadlines with reminders automatically sent by Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides for Monday.com. It does what I want it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my projects are listed in one place so that I don't have to worry about dropping balls on anything important.

Monday is simply the best to organise all of our client work so our team clearly understand where we came from and where we're going

I wish the AI tools were a bit more responsive. A chat GPT for Monday would be simply the best

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature about Monday is that I can literally customize a work board to EXACTLY HOW I WANT. I can add whatever fields, I want for classification and organization, its easy to use and setup a board, click to add a field, name it, add options. There's no complex tool set to use to DO what you NEED to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the hardeset thing to use in Monday is the notifications system. It is useful, but takes patience and practice to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Todo items added to a Monday board are less likely to get dropped and lost in the shuffle of the day to day.

How easy it is to use, and with the different features and templates that they offer easy access to implement different strageties for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that there can be issues about the continued use of the product as things become automated we notice a lack of people filling things out

All contact methods and points when we reach to a customer, and also elements lack of communication

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to understand and to learn with - it gives us a control that we never had before. It secures process and custom care handling perfectly and allows us to have happy customers

Not much - might be the export format to excel sometimes makes the layout bad

It helps the entire company to share information easy and safe - it stores the information for us and allows us to access the information on different plattforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so easy to use and can be as detailed as we need it to be. It allowed us to complete 30% more projects with the same amount of project maanagers and coordinators in the first year. It allowed for the project team to stop chasing individuals for deliverables and let Monday.com be the one to keep stakeholders on task, which lead to a greater level of accountability. It was easy to integrate and get up and running. The customer service and support have been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that would make Monday.com is to have an interface for non-projuect managment users, it can be overwhelming for stakeholders that are not familiar with the set-up or process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the issue of having multiple places for project resources and time managment. Helps with accoutnability of project stakeholders, and it has allowed us to take on more projects.
