Great for managing projects and collaborating across teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I've found it to be generally easy to use. Good help content when you want to do something that's not obvious. I love how it helps me keep everyone aligned on due dates and deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as flexible as I would like it to be in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to manage our GTMs with cross-functional teams.
Task managements simplified
What do you like best about the product?
The updates are an amazing way to forget about using your calendar while having constant reminders of the things that you need to look into.
The flexibility to create task tracking involving multi-level integration.

What do you dislike about the product?
Privacy and confidentially has limited me in using Monday.com. For example, on the HR department we use boards to post all of our candidates for hiring managers, but due to the confidentiality of salaries and benefits, we are forced to duplicate our boards. If we could have more ways to keep the information confidential without having to go enterprise it would add tremendous value to the team.
Another example is product cost and pricing calculations. We are forced to duplicate our boards to ensure the confidentiality of our numbers.

Delegation. The work management from monday.com allows me to clearly see what is the pipeline for each department, project, or area of the business we are focused in.
So much more than a project tracker!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management makes it so easy to keep everything organized and moving - especially when you are juggling a lot of projects across different teams. I use it daily to manage legal agreement requests, track my calls and meetings, and build out workplans and timelines for management's visibility into my ongoing workload. I have used Work Forms to create a streamlined process for agreement requests, with built-in tracking and visibility across the organization. I rely heavily on automations, board connections and mirroring to reduce manual work and keep everyone looped into the status of agreements and related organizational responsibilities. It's super customizable. and once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use. Their support team is also super helpful and very quick to respond to inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday Work Management is a powerful and flexible tool, we have run into a few limitations that impact usability. Exporting boards with subitems to Excel doesn't work well when totals are displayed in the parent item - Excel either shows the raw subitems or lists their totals in a string (ie. 100000, 50000, 300000) instead of calculating or showing the actual sum. This creates more work when reporting or sharing outside of the platform. Another challenge is that subitem columns are across the entire board; I'd love the ability to customize subitem columns per group, since not all grouped items need the same data fields. It can make boards less cluttered and less intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been key in addressing several challenges we faced around fragmented workflows, transparency and visibility into statuses and manual processes. Prior to using monday.com for our contracts management, tracking legal agreements and managing contracts-related project timelines were spread across different tools, creating inefficiencies and communication gaps. By centralizing all contracts related processes into one platform, we have monday.com has streamlined our operations significantly. The ability to automate reminders, connect related boards and mirror key information has reduced manual work, minimized errors, and improved organizational visibility.
Do not know how I worked without Monday.com in the past
What do you like best about the product?
I am the scheduling specialist at Vaya Group. I use it every day & seriously could not live without it! My day is perfectly planned out with My Work. Seamless implementation and integration are great with our company! So grateful for this platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of one thing I dislike about Monday Work Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prompting scheduling and follow up tasks
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy and flexible it is to use. You can see different stages where the project is at
What do you dislike about the product?
the one thing i dislike is there is no way you can automate the dependency its a manual process which sometimes gets lengthy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep everyone on track. We can see the progress of a project visually which is great
Monday Board makes it soo much easier to manage projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Board keeps an accurate record of what has been done, and what is still outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to pull a work report from Monday board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday board is an aid in keeping my project costing on track and the information stored on Monday board can be managed easily.
Everything you need for a marketeer
What do you like best about the product?
The level of customisation and modern UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one layer of sub-items - an extra layer would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holistic visibility of what my team's workload is, my own projects, and our calendars - the one stop shop.
The product is excellent but it's a bit costly.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a lot of automation. For example, you can configure to clean up after itself with ease. For example, if you have a status column and if the status is set to done, Monday can move it to another group or board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It would be great if we can have a dedicated call center for general questions. Yes, you have a great self help tool but and you can reach out to support, sometimes you're in the middle of a board and don't have time for the back and fourth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having insight into what's being worked on by staff. I have pulses that have time trackers. It's nice to look at a team members group and see the pulse that they're actively working on without having to check with them. I would be great if the time tracking feature was better when it came to reporting. I would like to run a report at the end of the day and see where my staff spent time without having to go into each pulse and add their time, across pulses and boards.
Excellent For Workflow Management
What do you like best about the product?
I stumbled upon Monday while looking for a CRM. Our needs were small with fewer than ten total users aniticipated. Monday had our core customer workflow management functionality, and we decided that was really the only reason we wanted a CRM in the first place. We wanted to manage the flow of work by customer and assignments. (We're a content company producing content for clients.) What we really needed was a sort of dupication of workflow technology in place on some freelancer sites. We needed to make sure we could manage assignments and work in a similar way regardless of the platform where the work originated. Monday took care of the core functionality and by inviting the clients to their relevant workrooms, it took care of all the communication we actually needed. This software, I think, is great for people who use freelance sites but need somewhere to manage client work when they get clients from other places.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would integreate more effectively with email software. It would be nice to forward mesage strings on Monday directly to email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company is a content consultation and creation business. The majority of our clients come to us from freelance platforms online. We had no platform to manage work with clients if they didn't come from the freelance sites. We originally looked for a CRM but chose Monday because it fit our needs very nicely. We have an admittedly limited scope of operations so I can't speak to much of the functionality of the softward but I can tell you that it allows bery effective management of writing assignments, content description and labeling assignments, and similar content, publishing, and related tasks and projects. It effectively duplicates what we use, for example, at Elance.
The Best Work Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com for almost everything we do on a daily basis! It's so user friendly and easy to use. It's full of great features, integrations and automations that help track everything you do, making sure nothing's missed. We highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike with Monday. The only improvement I can think of is being to make automations with mirrored columns, which would make certain boards more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps ensure that the whole team is on the same page, has access to all of the information that they require to do their tasks and enables seamless communication / collaboration.
