One of the BEST work platforms!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps all of our workflow and jobs completely organized. There's sections to assign certain people, put status' of jobs, and write notes and instructions for jobs. It's the best for staying on track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's honestly a great platform for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to see everything from the start to finish of a project. We know all current status, and anything that's related to that job.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great platform to use for our team. It is super intuitive, well designed, and easy to organize information for lots of large-scale projects at one time. It helps keep our team on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be labor intentsive to add all of the tasks individually for each project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to communicate easily and effectively and track all communication and progress. We are all working in one system so we can see where we are moving and were we are stuck.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike most platforms, it is super simple to navigate and make your own. If you can think it, you can organize it on Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
The seperation of the new CRM platform really hurt us. We would like to keep everything together, so that changed our approcach there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just keeping everybody on the same page at all times. With several moving parts in our production schedule, we have to have total collarboration and communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an online platform that you can use on your mobile device with multiple users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formulas and features are a bit limited but most of the time there is a work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem monday.com is solving for me is task management. I use it for all of my tasks so I can prioritize which project to work on first for the day. The other main problem monday.com is solving is keeping track of our social media campaigns on three different platforms.

the ability to start and finish entire projects in an organized way. It allows for the team to be communicative with specific area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations can take a little longer than expected.

What do you dislike about the product?
That i can't use it more in my day to day activities

It aids in allowing us to oversee projects and what each person in the team is working on and allows us to communicate within the tool itself.
Great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create sections within projects and subtasks within sections. Our marketing department uses it every day for collaboration within our team and cross-functionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to create sub-tasks underneath sub-tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps our global marketing team organized and on task. It also provides me with a real-time view into everyone's work.
Very positive experience with monday
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use. We use it for tracking customer issues and I've never had any problems so far in navigating it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any at this point because my experience overall has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track issues raised by customers after User Acceptance Testing and it has proven very easy to use. We would struggle without it as I can't think of any other software I've used before that is as simple to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicilty, uniformity, color coding, and chat features. Imparative to our business - Monday.com allows for guests outside of your organization to participate in a board. I love that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a bug on my account over the last few months where I couldn't open my chat feature. This problem persisted for months and I didn't find the support team very helpful, efficient, or relevant. I am just now able to open my chat feature after at least 4 months of problems. It was my first problem with Monday in 3 years so it's not that big of a deal but wasn't impressed when the problem arose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OUr entire compnay runs off of monday.com. We wouldn't be able to function without it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a short learning curve. It is very intuitive and can be shared with others (even outside your team) for seamless collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there wasn't a 3 team member minimum and included the timetracking in the standard package.
