Perfect for organising projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very a practical tool that allows follow-up of different types of projects. It's great for collaboration, members can check the boards for monitoring stages of the work and developments, make comments, etc. You can create automations so members receive email notifications for certain updates, which is very useful. I use it every day, the boards replaced several spreadsheets that were spreaded around before we started using monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. It's intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly solved the problem of having many spreadsheets spreaded around and that were not very collaborative or organised. Monday.com has useful tools that allows you to tag team members, mention them in comments, create labels with colour coding, create automations so items reorganise according to an update , etc.
Flexible tool with so many applications
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to design our workflows and processes to accomodate exactly what we need. It is easy once you learn the basics and there are so many template options as well. I really appreciate being able to forward emails to monday boards to create immediate tasks that are able to be managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
If users aren't willing to spend the time planning their workflow and then learning how to apply the boards to that, they will have a difficult time with adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency of project status throughout the duration of the project is key to our divisions success. We are able to view status and initiatives from a high level and drill down to details as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple for new users to get up to speed quickly. Tasks, deadlines, and project timelines are all laid out in an organized manner, which has significantly reduced the time we spend on administrative tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The collaboration features are another letdown. The built-in chat is clunky and the comment system is not as interactive as other tools we’ve used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday. com excels in task management. It allows us to create detailed tasks with due dates, assignees, priority levels, and dependencies. The ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks and subtasks has improved our workflow and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very intuitive, easy to integrate among existing processes, and reliable for both a day-to-day and long-term usage.

AI cannot use outside context (like a webpage), which can limit some of its implementation.

We can now handle many projects more easily, with 50+ people involved and total transparency and ease of access to information.

What do you like best about the product?
The product has significant customization opportunities. The work management tool is quick to learn and has the adaptability we need for our work which is always changing. Our entire team uses it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are additional features I would like, however, Monday is regularly adding new features based on customer feedback. I don't have any dislikes.

It allows the entire team to have a holistic view of the team's work. We have our work management product set up for full team transparency. This has created more collaboration within our group.
It also allows us to quickly reassign projects with urgent needs come up. It also allows us to analyze what we've been doing so we can look at ways to improve or create efficiencies.
We also use the data to report out on how the team is adding value to the overall mission of the organization.

Easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automations, they help to save time and have everything organised in a better way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may be a bit slow, specially when the board has lots of items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us to have a control of all our games releases, this is really good to have a control of all our games and to organise future releases.

We use Monday for everything, we rely on it to keep track of our everyday work flow and patient care follow up. Being able to use this to track our follow ups has truly made a difference in our days. This is such an easy tool to learn so it has been easy to implement to our new team members and we use it every single day.

We have no dislikes about Monday. It has been awesome for us!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Monday is the flexibility to change the way projects and task lists can be moved from spreadsheet, to kanban, to graphs...its such a flexible tool for my small business. It's an important part of our everyday work flow and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me isn't a diss to Monday.com at all. its that my brain likes paper, so I have to start on paper and move it to Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to manage tasks and projects for the spa. Specifically, we have room cleaning checklists, weekly tasks, downtime task lists, and more for my team. I also use it to plan events, and manage my neverending task list.
Life-changing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has totally steam lined our business and transformed our processes. It's really user friendly, like Facebook for work!
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently have no issues at present! We are 4 years in with no qualms.
