Beneficial for our Company!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has provided a user-friendly database to organize, collate, and share information. It's been great for our employees to use it individually, as well as collectively. Notification features are extremely important in our line of work, and they have been easy to implement. Integrating Monday.com into our company had its growing pains, but we are all happy with the addition of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Printing sheets of information hasn't been easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a united database for employees to access company wide information, as well as track individual information.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication between departments is an issue we have dealt with for as long as I have worked with the City. Using monday.com we have been able to communicate between departments with ease. Setting up the site was super easy and my users just had to accept the invitation I sent in order to get started. I love the charts available to help us see our budget at a glance. This site is something I sign into every day and see where we are with projects. This was been easily integrated into our day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint that I have at this time is having to add people in groups of 5. I would love to have a feature that would allow me to just add 1 person if I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is key in busines and this is a great tool for communicating.

Get tasks done fast

What do you like best about the product?
The team can see issues pop up in real time. It there is an issue, the team comes together very quickly to complete the issue, and sees full transparenancy because each member is acknowledged. Great to get emails when the tasks are updated and can use on the mobile phone to interact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out that I would say I dislike about monday.com.
I noticed that my collegues do not capitalize proper nouns, so maybe a spell check?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep organized on the different projects and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep a record of all task updates and collaborate near-seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation rules tend to turn into spaghetti and are not always easy to set with a large, multi project and user with various permissions and visibilities schematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps streamline workflows, hold us all accoutable, keeps projects on track, allows us to manage multiple projets simultaneously.

Everything in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool MON has, that I use, is the automations. It makes the workflow seamless. As well as the integrations I am starting to explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of using MON Work Management: sometimes it is a little complicated to connect boards and have things work together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MON makes it so all of our projects are in one place, easy to see. It allows seamless communication between myself and my agents so nothing gets missed or overlooked.

Best Project Management Tool Available Today

What do you like best about the product?
Its user interface is super intuitive, easy to instantly learn, and allows for the perfect amount of customization to best fit my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike about monday.com -- the only improvement I'd suggest is to allow the columns of Groups to be different from each other even when they're included on the same project. I understand why that'd be difficult to accomplish (from a tracking and reporting perspective), but just something that's crossed my mind when setting up my particular workflow in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com solves the ad hoc incoming flow of projects that need to adhere to very precise scheduling, which, in most cases are large scale email blasts that have several intricate deliverables for multiple parties involved. Using monday.com helps me stick to executing each step of this process perfectly on time.

Versatile platform that can accomplish a multitude of practical functions

What do you like best about the product?
An immensely versatile platform that you can use to achieve a variety of practical functions. As a Project Manager, the fact that it can be used to provide a seamless experience between my team and the client's team has been huge in the success of our projects. Whether project planning, communication between both teams, visibility, flexibility etc. Monday.com has replaced a bunch of different tools into one unifying platform. The fact that you can create automation on the fly that is intuitive and simple for beginners has been a huge bonus as well. We use Monday.com on every day of the week and it has been a really easy platform to learn to use and integrate into our existing systems such as DevOps and Outlook. We have not had to use customer support yet but the Monday.com community is great to be able to explore solutions to the questions we have come up with. Above all, based on the fact that the platform is purely web based, we were able to start using it straight away with minimal training that was provided via the platform itself!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we had more control over what elements of the platform are shareable with "guests" that are invited to a workspace or parts of a workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges we have overcome with Monday.com has been keeping projects and project communications organized. In the past, Emails have been an ineffective way to keep various threads of a project in alignment and the fact that we are able to communicate with our clients directly within the platform has been a game changer to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the state of the project, what tasks are being (or need to be) worked on, within what timeframe and within which parameters. This has helped all teams involved from the start of projects all the way up to post implementation support.

Perfect for Project Management for my business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize everything to exactly what I need it to be. I have been able to create a variety of different boards to manage the many projects of my photography business and keep track of all sorts of other information, to do items, contacts and more in other boards. The functionality of linking boards and tracking information has made running my business so much easier and more organized! I use it basically everyday. Plus it was easy to set up and then continue to adjust to the growth of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of features available on Monday, but I have been disappointed that some of them cost significantly more money. It would be very benefical to my business to be able to implement contracts/invoices or link to quickbooks right from Monday, but the investment wouldn't make sense on an ROI basis for me at the time as a Soloprenuer.

There should be a pricing tier for only one seat with no employees. Overall very happy though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my workflow organized and projects on track. Helping to organize my to-do tasks and keeping track of my financial goals for the year and other data like mileage or sales tax, etc.

Monday.com is making my workload so much more manageable

What do you like best about the product?
As an Customer Onboarding Specialist, I rely on Monday.com ever day to keep track of my customers' progress and make them accountable for it too. I love it, it's user-friendly for people that have never worked with it. Their Support team is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes duplicating a board can take a long time and duplicate without the sub tasks, but this doesn't seem to be happening recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability is crucial for me. I need customers to understand that if they do not complete their tasks, it is slowing down their success.
