Streamlined Workflow with Minor Glitches

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using monday Work Management because it allows us to keep up with our work management in a timely manner. I thoroughly enjoy being able to see all clients and information on one screen. Our team can manage our production boards effectively to help with workflow. I also appreciate being able to display all client info on one form and the functionality to upload files when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software does glitch sometimes but that's expected. Sometimes it runs slow and when we need to generate links, it would take longer than usual sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps manage our workflow efficiently and displays all client info on one screen, improving team coordination.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to use and visually clear. The boards and workflows help in organizing tasks in a simple way, and it is easy to track progress. It also allows good collaboration with team members, and everything stays updated in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels limited when handling very complex projects, and too many notifications can be distracting. Also, pricing can be a bit high for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management is solving the problem of unorganized tasks and lack of clear communication in a team. Earlier, it was difficult to keep track of who is doing what and what is the status of each task.
With this tool, everything is organized in one place. Tasks, deadlines, and updates are clearly visible, which makes it easier to manage work and avoid confusion. Team members can collaborate easily and stay on the same page.

Highly Customizable, Fun to Use, and Perfect for Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like the style and layout of the boards in monday Work Management. You can customize them as much as you want, so it works for pretty much any team. Some teams are more data-driven, while others, like mine, prefer a clean and organized setup by quarter, timeline, owner, and status. There's a lot of customization. It's great because everyone in the company can use it and tailor it to their team's or department's needs, which I find really cool. Setting it up was really easy and fun because there's so much to play around with, making the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, we really enjoy it, and it's a really cool system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess more integrations might be cool. I don't specifically have a need for it right now, but I can see as we grow as a company being able to integrate more things into it might be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize our quarterly road mapped projects and deliverables. It's highly customizable, working for any team, and lets me organize by quarter, timeline, owner, and status, making it suitable for everyone in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate with people since you can comment/tag/assign items to others. The customization options for columns, integrations and add-ons, and automations are especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross-board updates are limited without paid third-party add-ons. Updating a task in one board and seeing the update on another board should be a basic feature. Adding users to boards and assigning roles can be confusing and difficult to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy for coworkers to stay updated on items.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about monday Work Management is how easy it is to organize tasks and see progress at a glance. The visual boards, automation features, and flexibility make teamwork smoother, reduce confusion, and help keep everyone aligned without overcomplicating everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially with so many features and customization options. Pricing can also get expensive as teams grow. Sometimes automation and integrations need extra setup, and the interface, while powerful, can become cluttered when managing more complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management mainly solves problems around disorganized task tracking, unclear responsibilities, and poor visibility across projects. It replaces scattered spreadsheets, emails, and chats with a single structured platform where work is clearly assigned and progress is easy to follow.

For me, the biggest benefit is clarity. I can quickly see what needs attention, what’s in progress, and what’s completed without chasing updates. It also reduces miscommunication because everything is documented in one place. Automations save time on repetitive work like status updates or reminders, which helps focus more on actual tasks instead of admin overhead.

Streamlined Team Communication, But Challenging Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once team members are on monday Work Management, it helps keep my teams in constant contact. I enjoy the updates feature and the automations. The automations let team members know when forms have been submitted or when action items are ready to be actioned upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm currently on an enterprise account, and so I'm unable to bring and invite and accept members into my workspace being that I'm on an enterprise account. I also have been having an issue between guest viewers and licensed users. They have a very different view of the workspace, and I wish it could all just be a very seamless view. So the way that I see it as a licensed member is the way that guests and viewers should be able to see it. It was actually extremely difficult, again, because we are on an enterprise account with our national chapter, and they have had a very hard time in allowing us to gain access and build out our guest viewer list. So it has been quite difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps my teams stay in constant contact, provides the executive team an overview of task status, and keeps updates succinct with documentation.

What do you like best about the product?

It canbe glitchy, and even though it appears that there are a lot of customizable options, we have found that the formats and integrations don't always work for us, so we have to find ways to adapt them to our use

Has the tools you need without being too complicated

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very clean to look at and easy to read. The tools are very intuitive and I only had to watch a couple of tutorial videos to learn about the tools. It was very easy and quick to implement with my small team of 6.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty has not been with using Monday, but getting the rest of my team to use it, and use it consistently!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have projects with deadlines and multiple tasks within them, and this software allows those to be assigned and tagged to those in charge of the task. It lets you create due dates and automate emails reminding those project leads when things are due. As a supervisor, it's an easy tool to use that keeps people on task without having to micromanage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday Work Management allows me to structure everything in a way I like and add order so I can easily find boards. I appreciate being able to just type a keyword in the search bar to look up something. I also like how you can customize each board with any filter, parameter, automation, and other features needed for a task or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, the AI sidekick is not as good yet. I wish it could be more integrated and could do more actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see what everyone is doing, organize everything to my liking, and find information quickly. The customizable boards with filters and automations solve management and efficiency problems.
