Streamlined Campaign Management with Strong Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations in monday Work Management, especially with Salesforce. Although there were times when it was a bit limited in pulling information from Salesforce, overall, it streamlined my process in setting up campaigns. It helped by having a lot of information already preloaded, which I could then provide to our operations team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the integrations were kind of sometimes, it was a two-sided thing. It worked really well when I wanted to work, and then sometimes it would break for no reason. My team would have to go back in and reconfigure the setup to prevent it from happening again. That happened regularly, but it didn't hinder my ability to perform in monday.com. It took a long time, actually. It was about a year and a half to two years before we were actually able to get on to monday.com and use the software itself. I don't think that was necessarily monday.com's fault. I think we had a lot of internal tech issues which compounded and lengthened the onboarding time to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find monday Work Management streamlines setting up campaigns by preloading Salesforce data, reducing manual effort compared to Jira.

Easy Integrations, Custom Workflows, and Responsive Support

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations are great and easy with other softwares. Support is also great, prompt to respond and helpful to accomplish the goal. you can customize your work flow to fit what you need, rather than the typical "out of the box" type of work flow mgmt software. never experience any significant lags or performance errors. occasionally there's an update that might pause automations for a half hour or so, but it picks up when the update is done. Pricing is a bit higher than the competition, but monday.com team seems eager to make that price worth the difference. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to set up work flows across multiple departments in our company and those work flows can pull/push information to/from each other to improve communication and efficiency across our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
file storage is no good. in fact, it's garbage. Monday.com's ability to integrate with other apps effectively is their saving grace. The OneDrive integration specifically is our work around for the file storage issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication between different departments. information sharing among different departments. and real time adjustments to that information resulting in limited opportunity for oversights and human errors

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to work on different boards with multiple team members. It lets me communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders and eliminates the need for multiple ERPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with the description board when quoting something where the text disappears and I have to start over. It was very difficult to setup due to multiple departments requiring different things and different setups. On top of that many of our team members were accustomed to the older system and had a difficult time transitioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management keeps projects on task and centralizes information, eliminating the need for multiple ERPs and improving communication across stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual and highly customizable boards that make it easy to organize work exactly how my team needs it. The automation features save us significant time by handling repetitive tasks seamlessly. I also appreciate the real-time collaboration tools that keep everyone aligned without endless email chains. The initial setup was quite intuitive thanks to the ready-made templates that suit various team needs. Customizing boards and workflows required minimal training, allowing us to get started quickly. Integrations like Google Drive and Zapier help streamline file sharing and automate cross-platform workflows, which I find incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can sometimes feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of features and customization options. Pricing scales quickly, making it less cost-effective for larger teams or smaller budgets. Mobile app functionality still lags behind the desktop version, limiting productivity on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to streamline team workflows, organize tasks, and track projects. It centralizes communication, eliminates confusion with clear assignments, saves time by automating processes, and offers real-time visibility into project status.

Intuitive UI and Great Tracking, Worth the Effort

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management for its easy-to-use interface and status tracking. It's helpful because I can enter a project, assign tasks, and visually see what has been done, which lets me monitor the project status whether it's on time or late.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way sub items are handled, they do not travel between boards with some deep automation, but we have found a work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project management, keeping track of all associated tasks. It allows for easy task assignment and visual monitoring of project status, showing if they're on time or late.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible, it lets you automate/integrate a lot without any technical knowledge, and it is a very dynamic software. Even though they do not have a specific feature right now, you can request it in the community and they will either develop it themselves or there are a lot of app creators for monday that will do it as well. It is evolving with the needs of the customer. Also, its learning curve is very quick, since it is very visually appealing and intuitive, new employees or those not so familiar with digital tools will get it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would rely less on external creators for apps and more on their internal developer team, cause adding too many apps improves the workflow but increases significantly the total cost of the platform.The learning articles they have on their website need more depth and updating cause they will update the software and not the articles!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have been working with monday for a while automations will accumulate and it can be chaos, now I use the workflows and I like it a lot, but they need to implement the same automations that you can add in the automations tab. Also, the monday academy is quite useful for new employees.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations and the fact that I can use outside apps via integration. Also, I appreciate that new features that are missing can be added through apps, which we do at Jetpack Apps. The initial setup of monday Work Management was very easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could improve with having one more layer of subitems and a more powerful native AI that can convert prompts into tasks and automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find monday Work Management solves project management issues, helps track deadlines, and improves team collaboration.

Monday.com helps me and my team monitor progress and keep track of pending tasks very efficiently.

There are a few caveats with some automations, but monday.com CS responds promptly and continues to improve their software over time.

Monday is the best platform I have found for my business

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do everything I need to do in one platform. There are so many options for sheets, docs, and all my business needs pretty much when it comes to administrative logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to pay for some apps, but the fact that users can create in the platform and offer that for customized needs make it still worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to use 3 different software and platforms, and since finding Monday.com it has been 10x easier to do my work.
