What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday Work Management is the clarity and visual organization it offers, as it makes a big difference in day-to-day activities by eliminating uncertainty and facilitating quick decision-making. Additionally, I find that the initial setup is very simple and intuitive, which makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least is that although it is very powerful, some features can be complex or limited depending on the plan. I feel that the calendar could be a bit simpler, and the pro version is better than the regular one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management to organize projects. Solve the lack of organization by centralizing tasks in one place, avoiding scattered information. The clarity and visual organization eliminate uncertainty, facilitating quick decisions.

Its biggest strength is flexibility combined with structure - it allows us to design scalable operational systems, not just task lists, especially with features like connected boards and mirroring.

While powerful, certain limitations become clear at scale - particularly with managed templates not supporting full updates across instances, requiring manual mapping

It solves the challenge of managing complex, multi-step processes by turning them into structured, trackable systems. This improves visibility across stakeholders, enforces accountability, and enables us to scale operations more consistently without losing control.
Simplifies Management, Needs Improved Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get started with monday Work Management. I like that they have a ton of templates. Their support is pretty good as well. Just whenever I got stuck, I was able to find a similar template and modify from there or at least get some ideas from looking at templates. Also, when I was still stuck, support might have had ideas or just simply confirmed something that might not have been working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was trying to automate as much as possible, and some of it just wasn't feasible to implement. I wanted to add some relative times like, due dates, etcetera, relative to when I started. And this just made it complicated, especially working with subtasks. Besides the price tag, that's another reason why we might decide to move on or downgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track daily business and new projects, ensuring we don't forget important tasks.
Monday Keeps Our Workflow Organized, Automated, and All in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has become an integral tool for our team. All work requests come through the submission form, which lets us use fields so we receive the information we need right at the first step of the process. It’s also an excellent way to organize our workflow and stay up to date on all of my assigned tasks. Everything I need is on one screen and clearly laid out, which makes time management much easier. The automation features are also very helpful for notifying clients about progress. Plus, all communication stays within the platform, keeping everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost feels a bit prohibitive, and as a result some teams haven’t signed up for it.

All of our work is in one place, with all the supplemental information. This makes work management efficient, easy and powerful.

We use Monday.com to manage several of our internal workflows as well as track and stay on top of outstanding tasks. It’s been a really effective tool for giving visibility across the team, making it easy to see what’s in progress, what’s overdue, and who owns each task.

Not many downsides of this product to be honest - it's a great tool
