Monday.com is great!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is most helpful in tracking tasking, receiving forms, and keeping team members on the same page. My team and I check our Monday.com boards everyday. We receive forms from our clients weekly. After learning the system basics, it is easy to get started. I am sure that there is much more that the system can do for people who take the time to learn it more in depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of working with Monday.com is the need to use third party plugins for functions that should really be built in to the system. Finding, setting up, and managing plug-ins can be time consuming and frustrating when they don't end up working they way they are supposed to, but that is thankfully less often than not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and project management is the main benefit for us, however creating and receiving forms is also super useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I LIKE THAT WE CAN HAVE MANY BOARDS, WITH DIFFERENT INFORMATION AND THE ORDER OF EACH ONE IS DIFFERENT. I LOVE THAT WE CAN CUSTOMIZE EACH OF THE BOARDS ACCORDING TO OUR NEEDS.

SOMETIMES WE DON'T FIND THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO MANAGE OUR INFORMATION, WE FIND DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS BUT THEY HAVE AN ADDITIONAL COST TO WHAT WE ALREADY PAY ON MONDAY

Reliable Solution to manage your business

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management stands out for its reliability, which is critical when managing multiple projects and timelines. Its intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to learn and use. The interface is clean, logical, and doesn't require a steep learning curve. One of the biggest advantages is how quickly it becomes second nature.

I also appreciate how the platform continually evolves, regularly releasing new features that are actually useful and well-integrated. The community support is another major plus; it’s active, helpful, and filled with real use-case tips that enhance how we use the platform. Overall, it’s a robust and flexible tool that adapts well to our team’s changing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
High costs for features like automation. I only need it for a couple of users but have to upgrade everyone. (I havent double checked that in years).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps the teams organized and able to communicate easily across all team level.

Great for content planning without the clutter

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Monday.com for 2 years now, mostly for content planning with my superior. I really appreciate how simple and clean the platform is. It’s easy to create boards, assign tasks, and keep everything organized without needing a long learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much I dislike, to be honest. I haven’t explored the more advanced features because our workflow is pretty straightforward. Some of those features might be overkill for users like me who only need basic planning tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps us stay organized and aligned when planning and tracking content. It solves the problem of scattered ideas and unclear timelines by giving us one shared space to map out tasks, deadlines, and updates. It’s especially helpful for working closely with my superior, since everything is visible and easy to manage in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
At-a-glance status by projects and sub-stages, that is fully customisable depending on the level of view/overview that you are looking for. Identifies projects or steps that are overdue, links across projects, and we have integrated our supply chain management such that project level invoicing is controlled by Monday.com and easy to identify any missed or overdue invoices etc and monitoring project and supplier costs in a far easier way than before
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the board set up, knowing how the integration is going to work can be tricky / takes a little time for the team to get used to if this is a new process... but the results have been worth the set up effort for sure, and we are now migrating more processes over
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project flows for individual prjects, project workload by team member, project costs by project and account and supplier, project status, gant chart, workflow administration, general admin, supplier spends, OKRs process management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com gives me the power to be aware of my tasks and not worry about missing out on anything.

As a manager i manage my team and their accountability pretty much with ease.

My team my org my projects everything is right under one umbrella.
What do you dislike about the product?
None! Can't think of anything which is a mess in here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When your are aware of everything, your work gets visibility. Monday is all about awareness.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday is it's versatility. The software is able to be built to your needs and preferences. It is easy to collaborate with people on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts of it still in the process of being built by the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us streamline processes. Especially working for a nonprofit, it helps us communicate much easier with everyone and create automations to allow us to focus our time on more important things.

What do you like best about the product?
It very easy to use, I like that I can use it from my phone, it has a lot of integrations that are very useful to be organizd and I LOVE Automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more freedom when working with the automations and dashboards. Would love to be able to add formulas for things to work and I would like for automations to allow me to do OR, instead of only using AND.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we work in a fully remote company with pretty diverse timezones, the possibility of having all of our info where everybody can work on it and be updated in real time is amazing. Excellent collaboration tool.

A powerful tool, with many functions to fit a variety of needs

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com every day as part of a small team, developing software and managing support. It's a great way to share data, plan projects and keep track of progress. Access can be controlled, so we can have a 'workspace' that is visible to both the team and the client, with controls in place to only share what's needed for each party.

Help is always available, so when I've had questions, I've been able to get answers, even if it was for something that proved to a daft question, it was still answered in a friendly way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get your head around how it works, and in reality, I've no doubt I have more to learn and understand, as it's such a wide-ranging tool, which is being constantly developed. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the system does guide you to a degree, and with a bit of experimentation, it doesn't take too long to get it working for you.

It allows our team to collaborate on development and deployment of software, using easy to manage workflows, task assignment and communication methods, with full visibility for all involved, including the customer for the elements we need them to see
