Accessible for all levels of tech knowledge, bright and incredibly customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I got my Monday.com core certification a while ago, but even before I was sharing how-tos with my teammates. Monday makes it really easy to find tutorials on any topic in a matter of minutes and I'm really grateful for the time they spent on making knowledge accessible.
Their Support is fast and effective and I've had really positive experiences reaching out. They follow through and update you on every step.
Monday events have been really useful, I've been to a few virtual ones and I'd say they're absolutely worth a glance.
I've been moving away from endless spreadsheets with how much easier formulas are in Monday as well, even though it takes a little while to get used to the process.
I also love that we can share some boards with clients, especially with customizable viewing and editing permissions, not requiring additional licenses.
We've been loving Slack and Outlook integrations as well

What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to fall into the trap of having way too many boards. We do yearly audit of all things old and outdated which really does help.
I'm hoping that we could also get specific note boxes for board purpose and dates in the future. I'd also love to see all the boards that I am a part of on one page- currently I don't believe we can.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration across departments via connected boards, alerts and conditional colour-coding based on deadlines, streamlining follow-ups, collaboration with our customers via shared boards, project management (instead of spreadsheets) and many more
Easy to use and many good features
What do you like best about the product?
I use it day-to day for tracking our engineering jobs. It is easy to use and displays the jobs details nicely. It was a quick process to setup the job page in a format that had the details that suited us. Very easy add and update job details.
Customer support has always been helpful and the chat is a quick way to get answers. The community chat page has also been good for info.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the inability to link to files on your computer drive or servers. It would be ideal for me if it could link to files on Onedrive or our local file server. Although there is an ability to setup document templates, which has worked to a point. We have worked to integrate Monday with our server files by setting up a field where we paste the path to a linked file as text, which we then copy and paste to go to that file on our server.

Provides a clear view of our engineering jobs status which allows multiple team members the ability to view and update.

Powerful tool for work management that is easily customisable for workflow requirements yet seamless and easy to use.

With unlimited customisations it can be daunting to create fully custom workflows

Monday.com is used both internally and with clients to streamline briefing and execution work, improving reporting and oversight and helping us do more, better.

Communication with other teams in the same company

What do you like best about the product?
I like really much, the layout, which is very clean and all the projects are clearly visible.

It is quite expensive and there is no many integrations with other apps.

It helps us to solve problem with too many projects in 1 moment, which is really confusing when 6 people need to work on that projects simuntainsly.

What do you like best about the product?
Our non-profit been using Monday.com for several years to keep our projects organized and our team on the same page. The platform is intuitive, highly customizable, and has made our workflows much smoother. Overall, we’re very happy with Monday.com and would recommend it to other teams looking for a flexible project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve, and we could probably get even more out of the tool if we invested more time in learning and implementing its additional features.

Sometimes the system is slow and takes time to refresh data

Possibility to enter orders on a daily basis and then transfer them to accounting to make charges and then at the end see the total sales turnover and profits

Ability to create and easy track customers, projects and enquiries.
Have found it very beneficial to have all info online and off paper. No missing jobs, all info recorded. Easy to access.

What do you dislike about the product?
Price keeps going up in different brackets. Would be more fair if it went up as a cost per user rather than in groups - you may only need one more user but you're paying for an up to greater amount. This doesn't help small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is user-friendly with many features. With a little bit of training, I can easily look for buttons and get tasks done. It makes the platform valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday Work Management is user friendly and flexible , it is also time consuming to setup and reconfigure if needed. Some automation and features are not available except for some extra cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize and prioritize Canvas tickets daily, which keeps everything structured by tables.
