Seamless Transition and Outstanding Support with monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the incredible support from our account representative, who is always eager to help and attends to all our needs. I find monday.com invaluable as it continuously solves problems and serves as a quick solution, replacing the need for a dedicated development team for many tasks. Our commitment to renewing it for the next fiscal year highlights its great benefits and functionality, unmatched by other software we use.

I find monday.com replaces the need for a dedicated development team, acting as a versatile problem solver and quick solution in development tasks.

I like Monday.com because of the notifications that are sent. This helps to keep the team on track, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
What do you dislike about the product?
When team members do not use the tool it makes it hard to collaborate.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate the hundreds of small, boring daily tasks, and having the ability for the entire team to view what is happening without having to ask anyone else.

Not being able to automatically email fwd PDF's that external people have added.

Complex UI Detracts from Task Management Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Monday Work Management streamlines project management by allowing us to easily assign tasks to team members and track their progress. The integration with Slack is particularly beneficial, as it ensures that all notifications and reports from Monday are seamlessly delivered to Slack channels, saving time and effort in keeping up with updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found managing tasks in Monday.com to be quite challenging due to the complex and unintuitive UI, which is also sometimes sluggish and nonresponsive. The UI made it difficult for me to figure out what to do next or how to proceed, and it occasionally froze for unknown reasons. This was a major challenge for my team. Additionally, the team management module and profile management features are complex and hard to understand, making them overwhelming to use. Moreover, configuring Monday required dedicating an entire person to manage tasks, which isn't efficient for small teams. Finally, the platform lacks certain automation features that allow every team member to update tasks seamlessly, which I found was better supported in Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product simplifies task assignment and tracking, allowing me to easily manage who is responsible for what and the progress made, eliminating the need for manual status checks.
I recommend it.

We use Monday to track tasks and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday to mostly track Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks. Monday allows me to track what day and time my tasks were worked on and completed. I often add updates to tasks and use the checklist to track what object has been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track system updates. This allows my team to see what updates are completed and what updates are in progress. This allows us to achieve better workflow by not interfering or "bumping" one another out of the servers.
Since the date/time is tracked, Monday also helps with troubleshooting web servers - by either eliminating or confirming issues that may have occurred while updating the servers. We can determine if the update is the issue or if it is something that may not be related to that date/time.

We have to clean up the exported file in order to create an analysis.

Easy to use, especially for project management and multi-level tracking of activities.

Please add an option to increase team members without upgrading the plan! We're now on Pro and we want more seats.

What do you like best about the product?
*Love the visibility of Monday.com & the ability to automate workflows. The easy-to-use interface is great & a real sell. The majority of our team love the interface.
*The constant feature improvements are fantastic & the innovation is great to see.
*We loved doing the certifications to lift our skill level internally, so we can drive the refinements internally.
*Our implementation partner agency has also been great. It was tricky to know where to start without them.

What do you dislike about the product?
*The cost - it's quite expensive & workflows only 'work' where everyone has licenses. Yes, some people can be guests & viewers, but the experience is sub-par. We were also 'surprised' with a hefty price hike last year after zero warning. Not great.
*The Account Service is dreadful! After signing up, our account manager was pretty much MIA, unless he wanted to charge us more. Case in point - i haven't heard from our new AM for 8 months, until last week when he emailed me because we haven't spoken in a while (aka never) & he wanted to charge us more. I have flagged our lack of satisfaction in this area & little has changed. This is a real downer to an otherwise great product.
