Streamlined Project Management with Intuitive Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to organize and manage my day-to-day work, projects, and team collaboration all in one place. It helps me track tasks, deadlines, and progress without relying on scattered emails or spreadsheets. I mainly use it for project tracking and workflow management. I can create boards for different projects, assign tasks, set timelines, and monitor progress visually. It's especially useful for keeping everything organized and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. I also use it to collaborate with others. Instead of long email threads, we can leave updates, share files, and communicate directly within tasks, which keeps everything centralized and easy to follow. The automation features are a big plus too since they help reduce manual work and keep processes moving efficiently. Overall, it's a great tool for staying organized, improving visibility across projects, and making teamwork more streamlined and efficient. The simplified visuals make it easy to track tasks, stay organized, and collaborate all in one place. I can quickly see task status, priorities, and deadlines at a glance. We wanted something simpler and more visual for managing workflows, and monday Work Management made it easier to track projects and collaborate without the complexity of Salesforce or HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel a bit overwhelming at first and the pricing can get expensive as you scale. Some features are limited unless you upgrade to a higher pricing tier. Customizing workflows and automations took some trial and error at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize my day-to-day work, track tasks, and collaborate with my team. It centralizes everything, reducing emails and making workflows smoother by keeping tasks, deadlines, and conversations in one place.
Simplifies Project Management with Easy Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity of monday Work Management. It doesn't take long to become kind of a master of it if you take the time. We have all our employees watch a bunch of videos during onboarding, and within a week, they know how to use it. They can build out the system however they feel like they need to use it best, whether it's for their own to-do boards or other tasks. The initial setup was very simple, and the training through videos made me feel like an expert at it, allowing me to help everybody else. Overall, it makes getting a clear picture of what has been done and what needs to be done easier with consistent formatting each time. It's really simple, so anybody can learn it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the groups could be customizable. Right now, it seems like every group has to be the same, which makes me feel like I'm not getting the most out of each board. Sometimes, I need to create another board just to get the last bit of information I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to get a clear picture of what has been done and what needs to be done. It's simple, consistent, and easier than spreadsheets, making it accessible for anyone to learn.
Versatile and Centralized Work Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday Work Management centralizes the information from everything, giving us a unique source of truth. I appreciate its flexibility, automations, and the ability to connect boards to each other, which helps in making solid processes. The platform allows me to handle people with multiple roles effectively by building a source for people and connecting that to different boards, ensuring all information is managed in one place and updated everywhere. I've been using Monday for over 10 years, which made the implementation super easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to use multi cell formulas with conditional values. By adding a column type that allows us to select rows and values from a specific row or multiple rows and process that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management centralizes all information, serving as a unique source of truth to search for information efficiently. It helps me manage CRM, daily tasks, and future projects in one place, ensuring everything is updated and organized.
Organizational Powerhouse with Great Versatility
What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday Work Management is very versatile and I learn new things about it every day. It's a one-stop shop, allowing me to communicate with vendors and COs in one platform and send emails without having to jump between different platforms. This integration is great because it keeps everything organized, making it a command center for my business. It compresses my time frame, reducing tasks that used to take about an hour down to thirty minutes, effectively cutting my time in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to be honest, when it comes to the integrations, especially for automation, I'm not too knowledgeable about it. I'm very tech-savvy, but to a certain point. I'll have to hire somebody to set that part up. So I feel like I'm not utilizing that part of Monday Work Management, which I actually can benefit from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management keeps my federal contracting business organized, serving as a command center. It's a versatile, one-stop shop that cuts task completion time in half. It helps in articulating to vendors and COs without jumping between platforms, unlike Google Sheets, which was time-consuming and unorganized.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is THE project management tool for marketing professionals. Especially agencies. We love that we can get a lot of users on the platform for approvals. The UI / UX makes it so easy for new clients to figure out and use. The Performance is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything that I haven't liked, they have already fixed and the project roadmap updates are always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday work management helps us manage everything from tracking invoices to executing projects. It is amazing to keep files in one place and logically sorted. It also helps manage workload.
Efficient Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like that monday Work Management has a spreadsheet view, where I can put updates without entering the 'item card.' It's really helpful to keep in mind many different details on each item, as I can set as many columns as I want and see the values right from the boards. I also appreciate the ability to make updates and status changes directly from the board view. Additionally, I find the automations very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are currently moving to another system because there are important things that we weren't able to make work in Monday Work Management. First, connecting chats from WhatsApp and Instagram was not possible. Second, there are too many notifications, making it hard to track all of them, and we started losing information. Third, there were cases when some entries were lost. Lastly, it was difficult to set and trust the access level for different people to the boards and columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for tracking orders and leads, setting reminders, storing important info, and partially for team communication. The spreadsheet view with customizable columns and board view updates are really helpful, along with automations.
Monday.com Keeps Our Website Migration & SEO Projects in Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com as our central hub for all CMS, SEO, and website work. One of the most helpful features for us has been Connect Boards and Mirror Columns. They let me link a main initiative board (like our website migration timeline) to more detailed boards for things like SEO audits or CMS content. That way, if a status or due date changes, it updates everywhere automatically—no more chasing people down for updates or asking, “Where are we on this?”
The Timeline and Gantt views are also really useful because they’re easy to adjust and make it clear how everything connects. For example, we can immediately see that a technical SEO fix needs to be completed before new CMS pages go live. Having that visibility has reduced a lot of last-minute scrambling.
We also use dashboards to pull in live data, so during monthly reviews stakeholders can quickly see where things stand. One unexpected benefit has been catching risks earlier; it’s helped us address small issues before they turn into bigger delays during the migration.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance & Speed: Boards can slow down when there are lots of items and columns, and I still run into occasional glitches or long load times. On larger SEO audit boards or CMS migration trackers with hundreds of tasks, the lag can be noticeable and makes day-to-day updates feel a little painful. The dashboards are useful, but they’re limited if you need deeper analytics, and some views/reports seem to require Pro+. As a result, tracking SEO impact metrics or long-term migration progress doesn’t feel as robust unless you put in extra setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our CMS, SEO, and website migration initiatives, monday.com has become invaluable by giving us a single, clear place to manage requests and tasks, define ownership, track timelines, map dependencies, flag risks, and document decisions. Because everything is documented in one place with clear ownership, team members now flag challenges earlier (as planned in our weekly/bi-weekly updates). This has reduced last-minute surprises during content migrations and SEO implementations. We’re currently at ~80-100% tracking in monday.com and on track to hit full single-source-of-truth status. As a result, stakeholder meetings are faster and more effective — my teammates and manager get high visibility without me preparing separate reports.
Board Organization and Automations That Keep The Work On Track
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize boards, assign tasks to colleagues, share progress updates without having to send an email / flood inboxes. The automations are definitely a top favorite feature and I use them on every single board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the left-hand bar for organizing boards was a bit more flexible. We don't use the "Doc" feature, largely because it's too hard to organize multiple docs in a way that we would want to in the left-hand navigation bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it's solving is team communication. We no longer are back and forth checking on progress to project completion. Instead, we can just check progress directly on our shared boards. For me personally, it's solved all of my To-Do problems. Since we started using Monday, I have completely abandoned written to do lists or Outlook to do lists. Monday is far more effective at allowing me to streamline, organize, change due dates, etc.
