A Dream Tool For Operations

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing with Monday is how efficient it facilitates communication between my various teams within my company. In an simple, efficient manner it allows me to get as much information as I need from each of my subordinates and allows me to watch their progress closely without having to micro-manage them. As a part of a growing company how easy it is to bring new members of my team to the boards and how easy it is to teach new users how to use it are huge boons to us. Monday has become a staple within our company, it's what we use everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I could really say about Monday is still an upside to it, is that there is so much depth to the automation system. It will take a fair amount of time and testing to get the automations working how you want, just because there's so many ways to automate.
But when you master the automation system, it brings the utility of this tool to new heights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient communication, Document Organization, Project Collaboration, Project Organization

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve used several project management tools over the years, but Monday.com has truly been a game-changer. The platform is beautifully intuitive, highly customizable, and genuinely helps keep everyone on the same page — from daily task tracking to long-term project planning.

What we love most is how flexible it is — whether you're managing a complex workflow or just creating a simple to-do board, Monday makes it easy. The automations save us hours each week, the dashboards offer real-time visibility, and the ability to collaborate across teams without constant emails is priceless.

Their customer support is also top-notch — quick, helpful, and genuinely invested in making the platform work for your needs.

If you're looking for a work management system that actually works, Monday.com is it. We can’t imagine running our team without it now.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday, it was hard to know who was doing what, when it was due, and how it connected to the bigger picture. Projects were scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and Slack threads.

Now, everyone has real-time access to project statuses, responsibilities, and timelines all in one place. Dashboards give leadership clarity, and team members feel more aligned and empowered.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows us to stay connected as a company, we use it day in and day out and I could not be happier. The automations have made our lives so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of emails we get (self inflicted) would be my only complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to streamline processes which is HUGE in our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has one of the most visually intuitive interfaces out there. The color-coded boards, timeline views, and drag-and-drop functionality make it easy to stay organized. You can tailor almost every element to suit your team’s needs — from status columns and date fields to automations and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can get expensive fast, especially for smaller teams or startups. Features like time tracking, advanced automations, or guest access may require higher-tier plans. You also pay per user, so onboarding freelancers or external collaborators can strain the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication within tasks is smooth — you can tag people, leave updates, attach files, and even integrate with Slack or email. It helps keep conversations in context.
Setting up automations like "when task is marked done, notify X person" can really reduce manual follow-up. They’re fairly easy to configure and cover a good range of triggers and actions.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management contains a lot of built-in features and modules, interfaces with other software and platforms. Exciting experience to work with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday WM has got too few options for customising report-layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bigger issue is the lack of customisation in reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Monday.com is how simple it is to learn and navigate. Its tracking features seem limitless, and the automation options have truly streamlined my daily tasks. Additionally, I find it very convenient that I can easily share information with my entire department and company.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I honestly haven't come across any aspects of Monday.com that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization and task monitoring are made easier, allowing for more streamlined tracking of important data. The main advantage is the ability to efficiently keep track of key information.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, not complicated, has very attentive and fast support which for me was already enough, but it also delivers various functionalities, without a doubt it is a complete system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the option to make sub-elements within sub-elements. This is only possible with the element of a frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process management and Team management.

What do you like best about the product?
There are very rarely any crashes. I haven't experienced any real issues in the year I have been using this system. It was my first ever work management site that I used, I have found it extremely user friendly. I learned how to navigate it very quickly and it is very efficient. The ease of implantation is great. The ease of integration is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed any real downsides. Every once in a while there is an automation that doesn't go through immediately. But that is easy to work through and correct. I use it constantly all day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating work management flow. It organizes every aspect of our business. It is integral for my day to day at my job. It benefits me constantly.

monday Work Management is easy to use and easy to understand. Learning the platform was easy and there are constantly new updates and features that better the experience.

Automations can be a little tricky to set up.

Time tracking for projects, both long-term and short-term.
