Beautiful UI and Smart Notifications, But Resource Planning Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very smooth and visually appealing, and the notifications and tagging options are great especially being able to update via email chains directly into update threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disconnect between resource planners and the schedule sheets is a big blocker for utilising resource management and limitations on indentation levels for more detailed project plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single pane of glass for viewing project progress and updates across towers, and a seamless intake and demand process for new projects.
Versatile and Transparent, Could Be Simpler for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
The multitude of usage points! And that you can use it personally! I can see what my team is working on instantly. Ease of use is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to hide options to make views simpler for beginner users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing work, time management and much more!
Easy to Use and Evolving, But Workspace Organization Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. You can easily build something and rebuild it if it's not working. Great resources for learning. Always evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the home page for the users could be cleaner and more customisable. Workspaces can also get messy

Visibility of activity across the marketing department make it much easy for people to know what's going on but also easily create views and dashboards to give the information they need. Allows us to test and learn different approaches to managing projects. Can do things at scale quickly. Helps us provide stakeholders with information quickly.

Flexible Platform That Needs Structure to Prevent Silos
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of platform means it can be used for multiple tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility, means silos can be created in the workplace. Especially if there's no structure from the outset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're in the implementation stage, having just recontracted. We will utilise the system for Project tracking across the business.

I like that its colourful and very intuitive to use. You get used to it very easy and it makes fun to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is excellent for managing projects, as well as the various stages or tasks involved. It proves especially useful when handling several projects simultaneously, and it also makes it easier to involve others in your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I am unable to access my account on my mobile device because it does not meet the security requirements needed to be included on Microsoft's distribution portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am running multiple projects at one time with different people and teams involved. This is a vital tool for me to be able to remember where I have got to on different projects and to ensure the relevant people are involved. from a manager perspective ti is helpful for oversight on other projects and the status of them.
Centralized Portfolio Management, Though a Bit Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
we can see our entire portfolio of work in one place, share updates with stakeholders - it's our single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a little expensive so you may want to consider Pro.

we now have a centralized portfolio and a single source of truth for our stakeholders to track progress on tasks etc
