What do you like best about the product?
I have a lot of information at hand in an instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least I like about monday is that not eveyone is alowd to access some of the infomation at hand.

The problem that monday work managment is solving is all the information I can access in an isntant

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday because of it's versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday quite loads slower when working on longer / bigger documents.

Monday helps track tasks and allows better visualization of work management and process flow.
A Brilliant Event Management Tool with Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can tag team members into tasks, set deadlines which pop up as reminders in my inbox and you can create automations to speed up workflow, its great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes organisation can become messy, so best to make sure you keep an eye on how you build tasks and make sure to check back to tidy things up, but more of a user issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great way to list out all the tasks you need to complete in an easy to navigate way. Event planning has masses of tasks to complete and Monday,com helps reduce the stress of 100's of tasks being hard to track and keep on top of.
Streamlined business coordination and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The user intuitiveness and visibility of communication/notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may not be an issue with Monday, but the wide range of boards created and the connectivity between them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one stop shop location for all project coordination, tasking, milestones, etc..
Excellent workflow system
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily communicate with colleagues, clear communication markers throughout the system, and it makes it easy to work in a remote workforce. All of the features and its' organization is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes quite a while to upload large documents into the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our team to collaborate remotely in a very organized manner.

I love how easy it is to tag people and not let tasks fall through the cracks.

Sometimes setting up automations can feel confusing.

Making sure we all know what tasks we have to do since there are many different tasks for each team member.

There's nothing that I really dislike about Monday.com at the moment.

It's help me to stay organize with all my work I have to do for the week.
Very well organized work management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of the automations is very helpful. Being able to manage the status of each line item quickly and adding comments, files or updates to each is also very helpful. The ability to create line items via a "posting form" allows for ease of use across the office. The use of those forms allows us to seamlessly integrate and implement the system into our everyday operations and prioritize project deadlines. The help section on the site is very helpful and enhances the customer service experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use forms often. It would be nice to create conditional responses without returning unused conditional response as part of the data given after submission. Having unused or unanswered conditional response fields showing up after a for is submitted can sometimes disrupt user experience when searching for project specific data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to streamline or workflow form initial client inquisition through to project completion. It gives us an all in one system for all components of any given campaign including key client information and creative assets. Lastly, it allows for more streamlined cross-team collaboration. As a member of the creative team at our company, Monday allow me to speak directly with account executives and provide updates on specific projects, eliminating the need to send additional correspondence.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using Monday for multiple departments in Operations. It streamlines a ton of our communication daily, without having to send tons of emails throughout the day. Our teams were able to pick up on using Monday very quickly, because of it being so user friendly. We have been using Monday for 5+ years now, as a company, and we are always finding new ways to implement Monday throughout our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When archiving our boards, it can sometimes be difficult looking for some things, and when moving items from group to group on a specific board, it would be easier to be able to move multiple items at the same time, but not a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our communication about a specific project to our entire company, a way of communicating where we are at, without having to reach out to multiple departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our organization stay aligned, manage complex workflows, and improve transparency across teams. I like that monday.com offers a clean, intuitive interface and customizable templates that make it easy to get started. Its flexibility allows us to track projects across departments while tailoring workflows to our needs. The ability to visualize work in different views (boards, timelines, Gantt charts, calendars) makes it easier to manage deadlines and dependencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions can be a bit complex to manage across multiple workspaces, and there’s a learning curve to mastering automations and dashboards. Some users find the notifications overwhelming until they fine-tune their settings. Also, with limited licenses, not every team member can fully engage as a Member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve the challenge of fragmented communication and inconsistent work tracking across teams. It provides a shared space where project details, responsibilities, and timelines are clear to everyone involved. This reduces duplication of effort, prevents things from falling through the cracks, and streamlines coordination with both internal staff and external partners. For us, it's improved accountability, supported consistent project management practices, and made our work more transparent and efficient.
