Intuitive and Efficient, Perfect for Team Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management really easy to use, which is a big plus. I love that you can add files to tasks and tag people; it's a feature that helps us spread all information to my team, especially when not every member is present during client briefings. The setup was pretty easy, taking new employees only about 2-3 days to get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to make someone a manager to the task so they can see it in their workload if we need approval, even if they don't have anything else to do for that task. A checkbox 'to be approved' with their name could appear in their workload and would limit back and forths of removing that person from manager instead. The tasks and sub-tasks are a little difficult to manage when we look at our global review of our tasks. Grouping them or making it more evident they're subtasks would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management simplifies time calculation for hour banks and helps share briefings and updates across team members. It's easy to use, supports file attachments and tagging people, which ensures project information is accessible to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for managing project work and tracking customer health data. It helps keep things organized in a place where the whole team can see it, and we can assign tasks to different people. I like the ease of use, color coding, assigning tasks, and the ability to add custom labels. These features make it easy to organize and clearly mark status and health. The initial setup was very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the scroll bars on the side nav were a bit bigger and easier to click on and use

What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday Work Management automatically notifies team members when a status changes, which saves me from sending manual follow-up emails. The automated workflows are a game-changer for me. It's easy to use and user-friendly. It provides a clear high level view of project progress, making it easy to see what is on track, what is stuck, and who is responsible for work. It also automates repetitive tasks, reducing manual data entry and human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no 'undo' button in the app. I'd like to revert changes directly from the activity log, as the current way to track changes isn't sufficient. A more robust version history for boards would be useful so that it can restore a previous state if multiple mistakes happen at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project tracking, centralizing communication, and resource management. It provides a clear view of project progress and automates repetitive tasks, reducing manual data entry and errors.

What do you like best about the product?
This CRM platform is easy to learn and implement. It’s also straightforward to manage the workflow and assign responsibilities.

Sometimes it’s difficult to connect with someone and get help in a timely manner.

Streamlines Task Management, Needs Better Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use automations in order to move things from different groups inside my boards, especially with development tickets. The automation saved me some time, as it can automatically assign submissions to the appropriate team member or determine the problem. I also like that I find it easy to duplicate templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never been able to get the integration with Slack to work. I'm not sure if it's a problem on my end, but I wish I could see some integrations across other platforms. For example, I use Fathom the Notetaker, and it'd be amazing to have a native integration with monday.com as well as other services like Fathom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps keep all my information organized in different tickets, avoiding the need to switch between Slack, emails. The automations save me time by automatically assigning tasks to team members based on form submissions.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s ideal for keeping everything organized and provides an instant overview of project status. I can easily view all tasks, and the information is managed smoothly in one place. It also offers a wide range of resources, which helps me track every aspect of a project clearly and consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform perfectly meets our needs, I'm hard-pressed to find anything to criticize. My overall experience with the software has been very positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a data collection tool, and it has made it much easier to track the time spent on each project. It keeps an accurate record of time and includes useful extensions for logging it as we work. Overall, it also makes it easy for us to monitor performance across all of our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management for its real-time visibility into all aspects of the team's frameworks, which really eliminates guesswork. The transparency it provides is one of its biggest advantages, keeping everything current and actionable without extra effort. I also find the initial setup really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel overwhelming and over-engineered so the learning curve is definitely a steep hurdle that can be made more simpler.

I use monday Work Management to help manage workflow as a CRM and Sales Intelligence tool. It standardizes repeatable workflows, making processes scalable as our company grows.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my team and I can see each other's progress in real time. I find it helpful to be able to export data to my clients so they can see progress, revenue, status updates, and completion of charts. I also value the real time data we can share because it allows for team visibility. The initial setup of monday Work Management was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I knew more about widgets and monday's other features. I would love to be able to use templates within the system. I'd like to understand the other features. I know I am not using the product to its full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track charts and revenue, which helps me monitor everyone's work without a shared drive. It provides real-time progress visibility, allowing my team and clients to see updates and status in Excel sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday Boards to help organize my work and share projects with my team! The calendar feature helps me see my deadlines for the week and the fact that I can integrate project reminders into slack makes keeping on top of things so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am currently only using the Work Management aspect of Monday.com and I have found it pretty easy and intuitive to navigate. However, I do wish there was a tutorial the first time I logged on that showed me all of the available features and tips for using Boards vs Workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our team stay better organized and it helps us to meet project deadlines. Our team does operational support so we are often putting out fires or working on many tasks at once. Monday helps us set priorities. We use the feature that color codes priority level for the team! It also helps us complete our monthly tasks even as other projects or needs pop up.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like monday Work Management as it serves as a great project management platform where I can organize my tasks and emails in one location, which benefits my workflow and creates ease for me. It also has AI capabilities that can summarize various tasks and emails for reporting purposes. The setup was pretty easy, thanks to the available prompts and tutorials on monday.com, which made it easier for me to do it on my own. I also like that I can integrate Outlook into monday Work Management, allowing me to place emails in an organized manner. It cuts out a lot of manual work, which is amazing. Monday Work Management is a great resource when it comes to project management, especially for tracking insights and data, like the competitive intel we receive from our regions. It’s a great tool for tracking and assigning different tasks to people, keeping everything aligned in one area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it still needs improvement when it comes to using AI to analyze months’ worth of data. If it could handle something along those lines more effectively, that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to create a clean, organized workspace that integrates Outlook, reduces manual work, and keeps emails and tasks in one location. It's great for tracking competitive intel and assigning tasks, making my workflow easier and more efficient.
