Great system!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I compared Monday.com with other systems for some of our department’s event coordination needs and it seemed much easier.

At this time I don’t have any complaints about Monday.com.

Amazing Tool for Organization and Goal Setting
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so easy to use and has endless possibilities for integrations into other apps. You can add columns to help you stay on task, and it is a great tool for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a long time to fully understand the capabilities of Work Management! But that's more of a user error -- I didn't take the time to fully explore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me prioritize my work -- rather than seeing a giant list of TO-DO'S, I can have each item categorized so I can focus on what is most important.
Monday - A place for everything and everything in it's place.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is amazing to keep track of my workflow as well as see what other coworkers are working on. It's a great resource to keep track of all my projects and also show others how much progress I have completed on other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday had a few more tracking features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's most beneficial to keep all my design projects on track as well as see what others are working on in my team.
Two years and going!
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Monday.com for about two years now, and honestly, it’s become one of those tools I can't imagine working without. We initially brought it on to manage a few marketing campaigns, but it quickly expanded into how our whole team runs projects, from content calendars to hiring pipelines to even our internal events.
One of the best things about Monday is how visual and intuitive it is. I like that you can switch between board views depending on how your brain works, calendar, kanban, Gantt, whatever. It’s great for different people on the team who think differently.
The automation features are super handy too. I’ve set it up so that status changes trigger emails or reminders, which has saved us so many follow-ups and dropped balls. And when you're juggling 20+ tasks across departments, that stuff matters.
I also like how flexible the platform is. At first, I was worried it would be too “template-y” and rigid, but we’ve been able to customize it for each project’s needs.
Customer service has always been great when I needed to get a hold of them.
If your team deals with a lot of moving parts and needs better visibility, I’d definitely recommend giving Monday a shot. It's something we use every day, it's been easy to implement and easy to integrate to our work flow and it has improved it overall.

What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not perfect, occasionally it can feel a bit cluttered if you don’t manage your boards regularly, and there is a bit of a learning curve when you're setting up more complex automations. But overall, it’s helped us feel more organized and collaborative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us solve a bunch of issues we didn’t even realize were slowing us down. Before, we were juggling spreadsheets, email threads, Slack messages, you name it. and things would constantly fall through the cracks. Deadlines were missed, people weren’t clear on priorities, and it was just messy.
With Monday, everything’s finally in one place! It gives us a central hub to track progress, assign tasks, and keep everyone accountable. We can see who’s working on what and what’s falling behind, which has honestly helped our team communicate better, and it looks great! It's an app I always have up on my screen.

Monday is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
I recommend Monday to everyone I know, no matter what it is they are looking to organize, I know that Monday has a way to help them. Monday is incredibly adaptable and flexible to fit a huge wide range of needs, and the UX of it is far better than any other software I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it sounds cheesy, but I really don't think there are any down sides. I use Monday in my personal life, and at multiple jobs I've been at, and I can't sing their praises enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management keeps teams connected on tasks that require input from multiple individuals and oversight. It gives us an organized place to manage these tasks and keep accountability within teams.
One of the Best Solution for Task and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I run a whole team of developers, and project managers. Using the friendly UI of Monday and keeping track of all main activities and details is amazing.
My team use the app daily, they even said they keep Monday open in one of their screens all day long.

What do you dislike about the product?
Until now I havent experience any downside, compared to other apps we have used in the past for the team, it has been the best.
We even moved some of our providers to work in Monday.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically visibility. It is always hard to have different teams and indivuals working in a project every single day, and keep track of their different tasks, and progress.
With Monday everyone can see what their peers are doing, and even use it to leave the proper documentation for others.

Ongoing monday.com user (personal & professional)
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create boards for both personal and professional use are very important to me. I have many projects that I manage in both my personal and my professional life that have been far more successful by being allowed to track their progress within monday.com. The features I like to use the most - forms for surveys after webinars that I hold; forms for surveys after a project or client has been completed; embedding a calendar view on a website after other businesses submit via form their upcoming events; tracking goals and progress; the variety of free templates that can be manipulated to match my needs; easy native automation with "start from scratch" aka custom, option. The ability to invite guests to project plans, meeting notes (via monday doc), and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dependency feature is still clunky - it would be nice if this were more flexible and able to natively automate movement of dates of subitems based on an item's due date - forward, or backward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of all work needing to be accomplished as well as progress on current projects & goals.
easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
one stop to support multiple work flow, has good dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
GitHub integration is lacking, can not automate some GitHub action workflow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
dashboard to show the overall progress of a project and list view for who is respoisbile for each sub task
Easy organization for tasks and clients.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very customizable. No matter what kind of list you are trying to make or automate, there are templates for it. It is also intuitive to use. It's more streamlined than having your things on an excel spreadsheet and easy to use on mobile as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that connecting boards could be a little bit easier. But once you tinker with it it's not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keep all of my information in one place. My clients have various accounts so it is nice to have them amalgamated in one spot.
