I have tried various PM software (online/on-prem) and Monday.com is by far the best.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the best PM system I have worked with, it allows me to manage projects, workflows, and everyday tasks in a visual and collaborative environment. I appreciate its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to set up boards, customise workflows, and track progress over time. I have tried various PM software (online/on-prem) and Monday.com is by far the best. Customers also love having real-time access to their project updates. I have started using the AI features which are cool, automations and templates/widgets fit the bill for my projects!

A Game Changer for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the flexibility of views - being able to apply multiple sorts and filters to the same board is a huge time-saver. It helps each team member focus only on the tasks that are relevant to them and ready for action. I also like that we can embed links within documents that take us straight to the live project board, giving us real-time visibility into overall progress.
It was easy to implement and our team uses it daily. Customer support has been brilliant whenever we've reached out.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once a board gets quite large with lots of columns and updates, performance can start to slow down slightly, which affects usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to only see tasks that are ready for each individual to action.
An excellent tool for project and workplace management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Monday.com is to use—it’s super visual and just makes sense. It’s helped our team stay way more organised without feeling too rigid. I love how you can customise the boards to fit whatever project you’re working on, and the automations save a lot of time on the boring stuff. Plus, it connects with all the other tools we use, so everything feels in one place. It’s made a big difference in how we manage our day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I really like Monday, but there are a couple of things that can be frustrating. Some of the more advanced features, like time tracking or certain automations, are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday’s been really helpful for keeping everyone on the same page—especially when we’re working across different teams. The ability to tag people directly means nothing gets missed and everyone knows what they’re responsible for. We’re also using it to track SLAs, which has made it way easier to stay on top of deadlines and spot bottlenecks early. Plus, the API integrations have been great—we’ve connected it to a few of our internal systems so updates flow automatically, which saves a ton of manual work and helps keep our data in sync.

What do you like best about the product?
We had some fragmented ways of project tracking and other workflows between different teams that reduced visibility and efficiency in planning and execution. Using Monday.com and its automation and integration features really helped us streamline this workflow between teams.
Our integration process was fairly easy across a number of our teams and the interface was super easy to pick up too. We now rely on the use of our boards daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features that are under enhancement and it would be great to see some more flexibility in the automation rules overtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-collaboration across teams that require visibility into other's workflows. This benefits us as we never that this ability before without the duplication of work.
A superb cross team project management tool that unites us
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, user friendly UX makes is super 3 easy to use - A huge, reassuring bonus for me as I'm a career 'Queenager' who's worked in comms for 3 decades and prone to technophobia. I also feel that it's really helped address siloed working in team and help share the bigger picture, thereby improving cross funtional working relationships in our varied teams

I'm 14 month in using Monday and for me I've discovered no downsides - only more plus sides and we embrace it more and more

Wider visibility across organisation and better cross fucntional team relationships. More time efficient management of the wider business aims

What do you like best about the product?
The colours and also the way it’s easily accessible and also user friendly

I wish the automation had way more options to explore and also image uploading could be much more easier in terms of space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to do a workflow for a whole team of 20 people but Monday makes it easier for me with just a workflow being raised and I don’t have to communicate specifically to 20 people
Monday is so feature-packed and easy to use... I recommend it to everyone I know!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything works well and quickly. It has lots of features and integrations and even automations... And I think something that other project management software don't have which I really like about Monday is the beautiful UI—all those colors and design just makes it fun to use. The drag-and-drop feature is a joy. It's such a fun software.

I wish there were more automations allowed even for basic accounts (we only have 1).

Having everything related to a task (comms, files, links, etc.) in 1 place --> Makes work easier and faster
Usefull and practical
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can have everything in one place. You have the different visualisation options, the place for you to plan and track your sprints very customisable. But the best part is being able to prepare metric dashboards directly on Monday to keep tracking processess, whaterver is delivered and team member's scope distribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday is a minor aspect. I find it difficult to drag activities from one group to the other because it simply rolls down way too fast and you get lost in the groups and items. I feel the screen doesn't always properly adjusts to the computer screen, making it also difficult to delete subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves lots of management problems: team management, clear deadlines, attributing responsabilities. It helps my team to have a clear view of the weekly work load, everyone knows their own responsibilities for the week, along with the deadlines. Monday also helps us prioritizing and leaving it clear for the whole team. It is awesome as an activity tracker as well because management can easily evaluate the teams development and deliveries.
Excellent user experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly; you might not need a manual to use it, yet you might find great support and solutions provided. I think companies should not struggle to develop their own Work Management Platform/Program/App because it will be very time-consuming, but less efficient (Monday, as a widely used platform, is well developed, and you have the whole world to feedback, update and improve it)
What do you dislike about the product?
A campaign with a price discount might be needed. Except for the price issue, I do not see why a company should not use a convenient management platform like Monday.

Monday is a good platform that integrates lots of management work with a simple workflow and clean presentation.
A Versatile tool that keeps my team on track, with a few rough edges
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using monday.com for few months now and to manage my both personal task and my small team projects, and overall my experience was great. And my favourite part who would be the flexibility that it provides for our boards. I can customize my call on so suit almost any work flow and even manage my weekly to-do-list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application for it is not very user friendly as compared to our desktop version.
And it is a bit costly as a team will grow be also need some advanced features that will not be cost of affective.

Before we started working on monday.com things were not organised it was mostly scattered the spreadsheets and the emails were just not very feasible to us, and our biggest issue was visibility.
Monday.com has helped us in many ways to deliver our services at the right time with better precision.
