What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday because it's elevated my organization skills and helps structure my brain as a growing organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's the learning curve about knowing how to use it to its full extent which can be challenging as I spread my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me streamline communication with my team, scale ideas, brainstorm and create project management plans that drive execution.

My Workday Monday Companion

What do you like best about the product?
Monday really helps me a lot, especially at my line of work. We are in constant writing, most of the time I am sending email responses to our clients and colleagues. By doing so, not all emails are perfect; errors and mistakes are present every time. Monday really helps ease my workload, helps me improve my writing, and suggests great choices of words and tones to deliver a great response and be efficient and confident in my responses. A lot of features are available and can be used anytime when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I can't think much. My limitation in using Monday work management is on me, since I have to be more inclined to explore all the features being offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time Monday Work Management helps us to do our work efficiently. We can track agents attendance, performance, productivity and overtimes. We can also see and monitor reports and monitoring in order for us to resolve and check data from one shift to another. This also helps us handles our workload and workflow due to easier tracker and handover on the next line of leads on the next shift.

Amazing Tool to Support Organizations - Especially Non-Profits

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much this program has created automation in process methodology, communication and other capabilities for our organization. It has replaced excel almost entirely for me and allows me to also create AI driven real-time dashboards for our data that enhances data based decision making. We've used it for req/candidate tracking, creating an HR ticketing system, improving emergency management, project management and many other functions. It really is a tool that will change how you work and report data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to not like other than it is so complex and there are so many functions to it that it can be overwhelming. I think the value has to be demonstrated to employees first because it is complex and does seem like excel until you can see all the different ways it can be used. The help function is great though hand there are a ton of YouTube videos that will teach and train you how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created a ton of efficiency within our HR processes. We use it for employee audits, a master calendar, req/candidate tracking, KPI tracking, emergency response management, and the list goes on and on. It really has changed the way we work.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management does exactly what its name implies, it helps you to manage your work and does it seamlessly. It's easy to use and visually beautiful, has a great Ux and UI design, an excellent customer support team, and works perfectly with integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes specific tasks are difficult to create, such as setting a subtask timer. We tried to establish an organized workspace using tasks and subtasks and even got to install the timer correctly. The problem begins when we need to download our monthly reports; the timer in subtasks doesn't show and it's difficult to present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application has helped us with time-tracking and organizing our team within multiple projects ongoing. The best thing that happened to our team was being able to track time, this way we're capable of getting better results and working with clients to create more efficient workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful with daily comms for review. All of my colleagues can document what they addressed on there shift versus what the rest of us face on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search features when selecting a topic are a bit clunky. Results don't remain selectable. You have to search again for the same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calendar creation only visible to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Each stage of our quotation process, from selection of materials, quotation, supplier search, calculation of indirect expenses and delivery costs to the client, are reviewed on a single screen, where all agents involved have response times and follow-up on their performance, which makes our commercial process more efficient by 300%.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of users jumps from 10 to 20, that's a lot more users and a lot of extra costs that have to be paid. If, for example, in my company there are only 12 users, we have to share access between 2 users to stay within the range of 10 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us detect bottlenecks or people in the process who stop the flow of information, so that a coordinator can access this person and provide immediate support so that the flow of operations does not stop.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s the simplicity and flexibility. It’s really easy to use, and I like how you can customise it to fit different workflows. Plus, the visual layout makes it easy to see what’s going on without digging through clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the mobile app can sometimes be less intuitive or slower compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me gain a comprehensive view of a project’s workload, allowing me to track progress in real time. This enables me to stay proactive, identify potential delays early, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently, ultimately improving project delivery and team coordination.

A Project Management System For Everyone

What do you like best about the product?
When compared to more traditional Project Management systems, Monday.com is so intuitive and easy to use that any member of a company could use it. The templates, boards and workspaces can be as basic or as detailed as you need and the graphics are a great way to get an overview of how a particular region or larger project is working.

The automated help AI is also brilliant and I use this regularly to check how to add new items, 9/10 it is possible to do exactly what I was thinking.

I'd recommend Monday.com to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only hinderance I can think of is not being able to alphabetise when you have a lot of folders, or being able to select multiple folders at a time to move these. However, this is a really minor bit of feedback and the pros massively outweigh the cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows all members of a Project team to work cohesively, whether they have extensive experience or not. It also allows me to consolidate reports into visually clear overviews for regions or companies, so escalations are simple and quick to amend.
