Vonage for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is at par the best and the most simple VOIP calling software to use. May it be on a cellphone or through a computer desktop. The voicemails are convenient and the SMS texts are separately ordered for in-house employees and outside contacts. The feature for Report generation in Vonage helps analyze the weekly inbound and outbound calls to determine accurate productivity for self and team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage has nothing to offer in terms of dislikes. It is just perfect for everyday business use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports help me generate productivity in real-time and the SMS feature allows me to stay in touch in case I am OOO and need to be in touch with any of my contacts. The voicemails keep me posted on any important calls I miss when away from the desk.
Vonage EZLynx Intergration
What do you like best about the product?
The intergration between Ezlynx & Vonage is great. It puts the client phone call in the client file so we can easily see who the person talked to. I also like that when the client calls their file automatically pulls up as long as the phone number is in the correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I dislike is a new tab opens up for each client so if you are working on something you get interrupted with a new tab open in Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track calls within EZLynx and also able to record our calls too.
Standard VOIP
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the ease of use with the plug and play devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the price point for services or the web platform and app.

Phone service for a small business with traveling/ remote working staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Interfaces are all clear. It also provides option for meeting so it's great deal.

I've been using this software for more than 2 years. Didn't have any problem

When I used this application I got someting new on it is very attractive fautures on it for calling and texting and it has also Team messaging option on it.

Sometime calls disconnected automatically and very easy to use

We can call very easily and text the candidate where candiadte xan replied to us we can confrence the meeting here and here is viodeo confrencing option. we minimize the call very clear connection and voice.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Bussiness Communication has very good feature for cordinating our bussiness partners and We can easly text, call or Video call. Its very easy to connect and time saving Application as per other application Software
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only 1 dislike about this application. When we text to other person always we have to change the winodw. We can't text them while using on same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage Business is solving many problems and On this application I have never face any distrubance while talking on call alsi its very easy to connect or we text, call or Video call to opppsite person easly. I will definetlyly recommended to my collegue.

What do you like best about the product?
A best VOIP application that help you to communicate worldwide .Vonage Business easy to use and can download desktop and phone version . Vonage features are different compare to other voip service provider which is very helpful .The best feature i like when copy the contact and paste on Keypad it is automatically filter the contact only.
What do you dislike about the product?
Verfication process little lengthy and email is not integrated with this app for notifications due to which missing lots of update .

Vonage Business communication helping and solving the issue of calling, messaging & team meetings which can be done easily with the help of this .Ui is very easy to use ,

What do you like best about the product?
It'a an amazing application for calling and texting the candidate amzing fetures for video call also we can see every call details and leave voicemails also we can scheduled the meetings also.

We can see text and call in one window there is different window we have to open.

I like on vonage for very clear voice when I am talking to cadidate and very easy to text and scheduled meetings you can save the contacts also there is one amazing feature is Team messaging.
