Good service but has room to grow.
What do you like best about the product?
Interoffice connectivity (different offices in different states), ease of user management and admin controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a little more custom control on in-house devices such as having an intercom function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of connectivity and the 'always available' feature by utilizing the App on cell phones when away from te office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look for deals... see if you want/need to go for a monthly contract or get some deals with free phones in an extended contract.
It's a great app to run global business!

Clarity of speech, ease of usage, friendly navigation

Sometimes gets disconnected while on business calls

What do you like best about the product?
The help each and every service reps give. They always find a solution to what ever issue is happening.IT runs perfectly 99.9% of the time
What do you dislike about the product?
It runs perfectly 99.9% of the time it's the 0.01% when it does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one bill that lays out all the costs. reports on the phone calls and the ability to operate anywhere in the world.

PEOPLE on the phone anytime I need them. No wait, no recordings no BS

Nothing that I dislike about these guys they are great

We had analog office service at 4 times the cost and no ability to manage the service. Adding Vonage we immediately were able to control our system from every conceivable angle and STOP robocalls in their tracks.

The ability to transfer calls between offsite locations

So far there isnt anything that we have found to dislike

In the past our phone system would not allow us to transfer calls between locations. Once a call was transferred out it ended at that location. Switching to Vonage greatly improved our communication within our company

What do you like best about the product?
Call quality and reliably, the app is also a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anytime I have to call in the people i talk to take way too long. Moved a phone port AMC wanted to pause or suspend service. Nope can't do that without waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. I don't have time for that wait.

VoIP is easy and the app allows me to never miss a call unless I want to.

This product is extremly easy to use and the staff was very helpful with the set up and any chages we wanted to make

The amount of services you get standard with every extension is more than any other VoIP provider out there ..

Dislike the new online portal, The old one was more intuitive. The new portal they have options buried under topics that in my mind are not logical. The other it I dislike is the Recovery Fee it adds unnecessary charges to the bill and Vonage is the only VoIP company that charges one

I think Vonage should do away with the recovery fee or make it a smaller amount
Vonage needs also to train its lower Tier Support to not follow script. if frustrating on a tech call to have the technician tell that a router maybe the issue when the service has been up and running for more than 1 year without any issues.

Vonage has been convenient and helpful for my business at this time while do not have phone service.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to be able to receive calls from my business phone on my cell phone and to also receive voicemails by email so that I do not miss any important calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything that I have not liked about Vonage so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My hotel is not yet open and we are able to conduct business with potential employees and vendors through Vonage.
