game changer
What do you like best about the product?
all is good but the best part is the app on my cell phone. Being able to take calls while i am out of the office has changed everything for me
What do you dislike about the product?
setup of the desk phone , like hotkeys took us a bit to figure it out

having the phone with me at all times

we are really happy so far , love have the business phone on my cell phone

The tech support staff is very knowlegeable and skilled in dealing with anxious customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very easy to get through to a tech support person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The majority of our telephone communications uses Vonage.
Vonage VOIP office phone system
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud PBX is great, I can control my whole phone system from a web browser. Great support, always fix any issues promptly. Mobile app so I can make and receive calls from my office on my mobile phone. Voicemail sent to my email is very nice feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while I have call issues it's a little sensitive about internet connectivity. But all voice over ip has issues if internet is acting up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office phone system and full PBX features without having to install PBX equipment. Lower cost then buying an in-house PBX. can maintain myself without having to hire a phone systems expert.

Plain and simple, it works. no hang ups, no glitches, no problems.

It is expensive. Other services cost less, but of course, their voice quality is not as good as Vontage.

What do you like best about the product?
I have made three business name changes since using my Vonage phone service and each time it has gone smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
The procedure to modify the outgoing voice mail messages isn't consistent, at least when I have used it. Talking about using the Vonage spread sheet to update/delete/add to the outgoing messages for the greeting and menu selections before it goes into voice mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients can leave messages so I am able to generate more business.

yOU SHOULD GIVE IT A TRY. IT WORKS WELL FOR ME.

What do you like best about the product?
The pricing, the text & transcription of voicemails as soon as I get a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection became a little staticky sometimes, I tried upgrading phones, still didin't fully solve the property. If your internet connection isn't the best, sometimes your phone service won't be the best is what I learned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low cost entry for a land line, don't need a receptionist with the call forwarding and message transcription sent to text and email.

It is really hard to just chose 1 thing I like as there is soooo many different options with Vonage it almost seems as it is an endless option bar lol.

For the cost everything is great service they provide Thank you Vonage!!!!
I was fearful of the change but it was so EASY!

The cost is great compared to P.O.T.S. I've had zero issues with service quality of the voice calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it am extremely satisfied. The user portal isn't super-intuitive, but the support team is great to help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My T1 was costing in excess of $750 per month. Vonage is saving me a ton of money without any decrease in service level.

What do you like best about the product?
Technical phone support always on point. They are knowledgable, courteous and thorough. My expectations are always met. Time on hold is minimal, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say I dislike anything about Vonage. Ths is a challenge to answer with 40 characters!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of Vonage include being able to receive calls on my cell phone if I'm not at my computer. That's important to someone who works from home and needs to be accessable to clients.

Go for it! This company is 100% for customer suppoer/service.
Good Value for services
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reasonable cost for the services. There are 3 levels of use, based on the use of the employee. For example, those working at a desk have one price with fully integrated features. Employees on the road can use the app and have a virtual service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do get dropped calls from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage offers users the Vonage App, so the office phone is always with you. The Amazon Chime add is a real value. Now all employees have there own individual web sharing service and we no longer need to subscript to additional services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Vonage. The service and app integrates your phone, computer and calendar and an affordable price.
