What do you like best about the product?
Availability of use, the app is maybe the greatest thing about Vonage. Although it could use a buff to be great it is still helpful to use my mobile network to never miss a call. Or to not necessarily never miss but to see what's going on at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the customer service chain, if I need help it's sit on hold up be transferred to this person or that person. I do not have time to be sitting around waiting.

All my daily calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The Tech Support team is always willing to stay on the line with me until I am 100% satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is an inconvenient delay time for chat support/questions.

The ability to reconfigure phones, extensions and users easily and frequently.
Not a Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of installation. Customer Service Agents were very polite and tried to be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting what I was told by the salesman wasn't going to happen. Management tried to reduce my irritation, but in general a poor experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to establish incoming multiple lines to varied locations. No benefits were realized.

Give yourself plenty of time to trial the service.

Having the app on the phone is wonderful. Never have to be tied to a desk to answer so i can get back to my customers quickly. Also has a great texting feature too

Having the phone via mobile app is a great feature which a lot of phone companies don't have.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is best for Vonage like Service, Sound quality, Customer support etc.. I am proud of customer of Vonage Service.

Nothing to mention that I can write for Vonage service for dislike.

My problem was related to office extention & It has been very smooth;y solved by customer service team. Thank you for that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the audio quality the most. I love Vonage because I can carry my telephone anywhere. I can call the candidates at any point of time, with a good Internet connectivity the voice quality is superb. I have also install the Vonage app on my desktop and my personal laptop.

There are no dislikes, but sometimes due to low Internet connectivity, the Vonage app stuck for a while

I am working from India, so sometimes I need to call my candidates from home so I can easily to do that from my Vonage app. The candidates can also call me, send text or leave voice messages.
After a long weekend I am able to hear all the voice messages left by the vendors and candidates.

The Vonage app is the best app for making phone calls sending text and to hear our voicemails.

that i need to use another softare to run Vonage. why doesn't it have it's own software?

What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility of phone via Desk device & Mobile Phone Application. This sort of mobility is giving the recruiters an extra edge. Also there is SMS service available like local phone carrier services for our work VoIP number.
What do you dislike about the product?
The missed calls feature in Mobile App has many wrong notifications. Even after i check my missed calls and / or called back the person from my Desk phone but still it shows as Missed call.

Immense HELP for our Recruitment industry where people around the world are working either physically in USA or remotely located outside USA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cross Reference of Phone numbers with the Email or digital footprint of the person associated iwth the nmumber. In this way, ALL INFO'S DATA WILL BE CENTRALISED & AVAILABLE TO EVERYBODY!!

What do you like best about the product?
We switched to Vonage because of the ability have our messages transcribed, as well I can copy all the messages at one time to a spreadsheet to manage phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vonage is in the process of switching to a new format that will not allow copying of messages all at one time. They will need to be copied one at a time. If this change is made permanently, I will need to find a new Voip.I understand there is a new format rolling out soon. PLEASE do NOT force old users to move to the new format. It doesn't offer the same functionality as the old. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep all messages received in a spreadsheet to track who has answered which phone calls. I don't think I could do this If I did not transfer them to a spreadsheet. Plus I can keep messages in perpetuity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was told I may be forced to switch to the new platform soon after speaking with a Vonage rep. I have seen the new platform, and if I am forced to give up the old format I will look for a new product.
