Consistantly Hig Standards & Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Being in Technology, we have NO issues with Installations and have NO Reservations Suggesting and Reselling Vonage for Business Products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is when I do call for Tech Support its off shore, luckily the English spoken is very good and understandable, it's just to bad that it's not US Based!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To date, we have had no real issues. We have customers Located on the East Coast as well as Canada. We have NO problem as of this Note supporting our Customers and falling back on Vonage Tech Support as last Resort..

DO your research > Qualify your Current Needs | Requirements >Take Future Growth into Consideration > Don't be affraid to call Vonage Support whether it's Billing or Tech Support!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to manage, easy to buy. Perfect

I don't like sometimes the calls last is ringing the other phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving ways to do better in my business by having answer machine alerts and not missing any calls. That's cool
Each call for assistance has exceeded my expectations!
What do you like best about the product?
Reps are 100% knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. They anticipate the problem and recommend best practices thoughtfully, respectfully and accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it's been a little hard to understand a rep; however, they have never become upset when asked to repeat themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing the virtual receptionist, many lines for different companies, various greetings, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for office to office communication and for the remote usage app. We love being able to have the calls ring through to our cell phones when we're off site and the easy access to our voicemail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's internet based, it sometimes is difficult to hear if our signal fluctuates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients need 24/7 access to one of our programs. This is easily done without additional equipment using our Vonage system.

Give it a try! We really like it and I'm sure you will also!

I like vonage because is simply to use jus connect the wire and you can call

I don't like sometimes I cannot do threeway calls

It helps me because I have too much work and have to be pending on the calls the team does and with the recording help me on that matter.

Excellent vonage service, the admin part is the best highly recommend.

I like the way I can find any call I made by just searching the number and the admin part is perfect because allow us to set up the application as we like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time the answer machine doesn't pass to the person I need to talk to, so we have to keep calling until the phone is free to call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are a lot, I have recordings in case I forget about something, the desktop app is the best it shows you everything and you can set up as the way you like.
And for sales department solves if a get wrong an email.

I highly recommeded vonage business, have a secure admin set up and you can look for calls inmediately.
