Vonage Business
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage Business Solutions is one of the best providers for VOIP services.
Vonage device has great voice quality,
The best part is we can use it from Desktops, Laptops, or smartphones too via mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact my phone bill is very near constant, not up and down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any dislikes yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't been at this long enough to have problems to solve. The benefits are the ease of use and having a virtual assistant.

Use them, you cannot go wrong.

We use for communicate with customer thru around the world and very easy to handle with all the interfaces

in some countries we can use the app but for the rest is very cool

not a problem that I need fix but communication is always important and Vonage definitely is one tool that helps with that

What do you like best about the product?
Give it a try and you won't regret your decision to get this VoIP solution. Calling have been made easy with this services eliminating managing you phone bills and spending time choosing the best contracts available.

What do you dislike about the product?
As this is a VoIP service, slight fluctuation in network strength can affect the quality of calls. But that should not be a deal breaker if you have a good network this does not affect what so ever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to cut down phone bills and the stress to choose a good cooperate plans available. The Vonage apps on Android is a superstar with features of messaging, calling and receiving calls etc.

Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing customer service when we have had any issue. They take the time to walk you through getting the issue resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account set up can be challenging, especially if you have multiple extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our property has several offices with different people working in them. Vonage Business has allowed us to save money on our phone service by routing all calls to cell phones and not having to pay for landlines and cell phones.

I would recommend Vonage to any company that is looking to save money and time.
G Suite review
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about G Suite is that it packs so much into the app and is still very simple to use and operate. It also is nice that it works the same way on every device or platform use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like best about G Suite is that they are so versatile and offer many collaboration tools for business and personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the most problem solved using G Suite is the capability to to be used on any platform from desktop to mobile.

The phone rings to my cell, I do not have to worry about forwarding the calls.

I'd like to be able to receive attachments and pics on text.

Its nice to have my office number on my cell without needing to forward my calls.
Vonage Business gets us Business
What do you like best about the product?
The features and options for communicating with our customers. We can be reached and reach out customers from any device available and from anywhere our employees may be.
Also, Like the time of day routing, follow me features and simultaneous ring of employee personal phones.
The Iphone app is a big plus. Now the computer APP lets us answer calls where we are focused the most, at our computers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The system occasionally resets and we have to reprogram some features. this has happened at lest four times in the last 12 months. This causes issues when we are expecting calls to ring in an overflow situation.
You eliminated a feature awhile ago that in my opinion was a great feature. When we would get a voice mail message, which could have been either after hours or because of overflow during hours, we were able to go into the Iphone application and make a note when someone called back the customer right on the app with the results of the follow up. That has been removed and now, we have to email everyone when someone responds to a voice mail left by the customer. particularly if we had to leave the customer a message and then when the customer calls back in, and a different employee received the call, they don't have a way to look directly on the phone app to see what the last person did.

The top priority for us is being able to get back to our customers when they have to leave us a message due to volume. The features of being able to call the customer back from our computer or mobile phone and have the number appear to the customer as our business line is key in reaching our customer in fewer attempts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using Vonage Business to manage inbound and outbound communications for customer contacts. The various options allow our employees to more easily access our customers.
