Love Vonage, simple and effective service.
What do you like best about the product?
I am the focal point for vonage customer service. Every time I call they give excellent responses and I see everyone has good product knowledge. They are very prompt in responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Luckily nothing so far. If I face any problems I will update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sometimes have problem like phones getting disconnected or sometimes phones not working may be because of power fluctuations or any issues with current internet provider. But the vonage customer will troubleshoot over the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for a small business, the app allows me to utilize my cell phone for both incoming and outgoing calls. Helpful and courteous customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any internet issues can cause dropped calls which can be untimely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we enjoy using the Amazon Chime for conference calls - allows us to screenshare with our clients in one easy application.

Great for a small business - minimizes costs and offers amazon chime which is perfect for managing conference calls with clients.

Many options that can make the desktop easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support leaves a lot to be desired. Slow getting back (if ever). The offshore help does not comprehend problems. Common solution is set the phone back to factory default answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other phone provider was no longer available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Research all options. Sales is excellent. Tech support from USA is excellent. Offshore is useless.

Customer service has improved. They have done great follow-up to make sure my issue was resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a long phone wait time. At times, you will reach an agent who is not as adept as possible to resolve an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phone set up with new technology. I have learned that Vonage offered me more than I realized. Now, I never miss a call.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Vonage Buisiness is that you can take the office phone (heart of your business) with you, through an app on your mobile device. Great options such as voicemail to email, one touch voicemail audio retrieval, and messaging within the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Vonage App needs to be open in the background on your phone, in order to have consistent workability. It tends to drain phone battery, and is still only as dependable as cell service strength (if you have selected a good carrier), when not on wifi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great application for Work at Home or On the Go employees. Phone coverage and having the immediacy of notifications to help with response time is critical in today's business world.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Working through settings and set up is sometimes a hassle, but there does seem to be a solution each time there is something not quite working. Customer Care for Vonage Business has always been patient and thorough with me.

The customer service is spot on. I don't spend forever waiting on help if I need it.

We would like to be able to send attachments and pictures through text, also group texting would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and very simple system to implement as an Office Administrator. Very user friendly for our employees. We like that voice message get converted to text and sent to us via email. We also use the e-fax feature which is great and very easy to send and receive faxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than cost being a little high, everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a benefit to be able to receive voice messages sent to text via email.

Great simple system to use and implement. They have a great technical support team as well that you can email with any questions or issues and they get back to you within 24 hours, in my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
As long as there is no issue with our internet connection than we never experience an issue with Vonage.

We are really, really looking forward to being able to send and receive photos. We are still having to use RingCentral to meet that need for our company.

We are able to stay in contact with all of our technicians at all times as well as transfer calls seamlessly to desk phones.
