Daily Use

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to use this as VoIP - Which allows our remote employees to work on the same network
What do you dislike about the product?
Users have to be an admin to have detailed call reporting which they check their calls daily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have any problems to solve with Vonage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the concept behind all the features, but have been unable to see them work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work. Calls do not show up on my dashboard and the calls that do get through tend to drop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at the moment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Until they fix the app, don't waste your time or your money.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to have access to my work line when out of the office. Vonage has a different ringtone so office calls are easily identified
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes 1-3 seconds for the phone call to connect after you have answered the call through the vonage app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage has made being away from my office phone a lot easier. When waiting for a call, I can run to grab lunch and never miss a call

What do you like best about the product?
It's not complicated, very user friendly. I can see the faxed documents in or out page by page. Contacts can be labeled from messages or calls, doesn't matter. I can also set up a message from the call page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't seem to recv or send pics. Could be a setting though?. Everyone on Vonage can see everyone's fax business or personal. There's no way to prevent that other than a cover page, it could help some but doesn't solve that issue. Also, with me as an admin I would like the option to pull calls more than 60 days out. Currently I have to get the boss to do that. Doing this on my own without any help would be tons of saved time, not having to bother the boss. Saved time for us both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact is made easier for customer and agent. Close sales faster. I get answers to questions really quickly by text from customers. It saves me from a phone call and them from being interrupted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use the app more during the business day. It's easy to see all messages, calls and faxes that are coming thru. I've had no complaints since with the system since I started using Vonage Business in 2017.

What do you like best about the product?
My efficiency increased substantially while stress level going down when I was able to work away from the office just as if I was at my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sound is occasionally not so great but the same as any other carrier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to work from anywhere. Comfort of scheduling my day around tasks instead of location.

What do you like best about the product?
They are always available including holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have to call twice to resolve my issue but if you have access to your account online, there's no need for you to call. Everything is easy to change/access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holiday memo change, I can do it online.

great value and the online portal is great!

SOMETIMES THE CALLS GET CROSSED. CALL SOMETIME DO NOT GO THROUGH ON THE FIRST DIALING.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been helpful to me since the app is so easy to use. It is a user-friendly application. What impressed me more the great customer service they have. They always make sure that everything is answered and they help you step by step to set it up or whenever they are having updates they always notify customers,

The only thing that bothers me is the interface of the application. It is too big and it can cover my screen.

What do you like best about the product?
It may take a while depending upon the service representative, but Vonage is very good on correcting user issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some representatives, depending upon location, are extremely difficult to communicate with and to understand. Likewise, those representatives have difficulty understanding Southern English!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable telephone and internet service at an affordable price compared to my locally owned telephone service.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with vonage is a new way of communication, great new features, customers support. we like the addons and new phones from vonage. We use fax line also and now online fax is much easier and paperless it is great!

we have some issues with fax machine and it's connection to vonage but now the problem is solved
